I always make myself seem weak as I keep comparing my lifts to the one of 100kg+ guys. thanks for that, really appreciated/needed.

I am 16.

Yesterday was shoulders/triceps. Went fine. Triceps got worked harder than shoulders.

Question: What is a good military press?

Flat BB Bench:

1x10 @ 60kg , 1x6 @ 84kg , 1x8 @ 75kg , 1x10 @ 60kg

Wide Deep Dips:

1x10, 3x10 @ bodyweight

DB Flyes:

2x10 @ 40lbs DBs

DB Incline Flyes:

2x10 @ 35lbs DBs

Cable Standing Fly:

2x8 @ 160lbs

Incline Bench Press:

3x8 @ 55kg

Dumbbell Curls:

1x12 @ 30lbs , 1x10 @ 35lbs , 2x6 @ 40lbs

Hammer Curls:

2x8 @ 30 DBs

PB bench press! Finally getting somewhere... read some tips off some sites and my bench pressed increased 10kg in 1 workout. Perfect form. Really strict curls.

Today's training, the same as last time; no improvements. Legs on the day after tomorrow, promise myself some PBs then.
Took 3 pics just now, pretty shiit, will post them tomorrow. Deadlifts countdown: 3 weeks.


Wide Grip Pull ups:

1x12 , 1x10 , 3x8 @ Bodyweight

Barbell Bent-over Row:

1x10 @ 61kg , 3x8 @ 75kg

Seated cable rows:


3x12 @ 165lbs

Lat Wide Pulldowns:

1x12 @ 112.5lbs , 2x10 @ 125lbs

DB Shrugs:

1x12 @ 60lbs , 3x10 @ 60lbs

Weighted Cable Sit ups:

3x10 @ 50lbs

My back when I was about 140lbs (35lbs ago):



Couple of days ago (rest day no pump, awful lighting: hides all details lol)

Stats: 5'11 between 175-180lbs.
flexed not pumped: waist 32, chest 43, arms 16.5, calves 17.5, forearms 14, legs 25,

Did legs today, was meant to be a rest day but I couldn't contain myself.......

Could barely walk after the calf raises...
PB squat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
some other PBs too there somewhere



Squats:

1x15 @ 80kg , 1x12 @ 120kg , 2x6 @ 150kg , 1x8 @ 160kg

Leg extensions/Leg press Supersets:

3 times this: 1x12 @ 57.5kg + 1x10 (175kg)

DB Stiff Leg Deadlifts:


3x10 @ 75kg

Hamstring Curls:

1x12 @ 55kg , 1x10 @ 60kg

Standing Calf Raises:

1x50 @ 60kg , 1x30 @ 50kg , 1x8 @ 100kg

hey mate ive readyour journal v intresting

your looking rather lean in your pics so keep on bulking

IMO i would up your pwo of dextrose to 60g and lower the whey to 40g thats jsut me though

Thanks mate.

I just bought tons of dextrose yesterday. Those 20g before came from the creatine and bcaa. I'll up the dextrose and probably cut the weetabix to 1. I'll try dropping the whey to 40g as well.

probably just till I feel like cutting

My original target was ~180lbs.

Now I'm thinking about being 200lbs during christmas then cut.

depends really, I might start just focusing strength...
