i think you vary your workouts too much so its sort of hard to monitor the strength progression but youre a strong 16 year old

about the PWO, i always tend to leave the whey about 10-15 mins PWO and just get some fast absorbing carbs in to replenish the glycogen first works a treat

I start legs with squats, I start chest with flat bench, I start shoulders with military press, and soon I'll start deadlifting at the beginning of back.

Those are the lifts I never change and focus on increasing the weight I'm lifting.

The others are what I do for bodybuilding purposes: Varying to find out what works out best for me.

consuming dextrose not mixed with whey would kill me

I like your journal too. Nicely laid out, interesting, and you seem to be 'on it' with regards to your training and your diet. You are at one end of the spectrum, and I'm at the other, in that you are very young, and me, well, getting on a bit. I envy you in many ways.

Good luck with your endeavours, I wish you well.

strenght training journal, with a bit of wacky circuit stuff thrown in.

In fifty years, would people of our age still call it
licking the proverbial stainless steel duck?

cheers mate, guess I've to check out yours now

Back to posting

This week... the average increase in weight on every lift is ~5lbs...

Meals are spaced out a little more first half of the day because of classes. (3hours)

I'm getting very interested in trying out MMA, but having hard time finding a place to start. (if you have any tips where to begin) Did boxing before... and I've spent more time wrestling people than reading novels.

BULKK ... Currently 175lbs. lost a couple of pounds, but gained them back +1, leaner pounds.

Back yesterday ( 3x8 80kg BB BO row ), Rest today, Legs tomorrow ( 20 rep squats w00hoo )
