i think you vary your workouts too much so its sort of hard to monitor the strength progression but youre a strong 16 year old about the PWO, i always tend to leave the whey about 10-15 mins PWO and just get some fast absorbing carbs in to replenish the glycogen first works a treat

Those are the lifts I never change and focus on increasing the weight I'm lifting. The others are what I do for bodybuilding purposes: Varying to find out what works out best for me. quote:

I like your journal too. Nicely laid out, interesting, and you seem to be 'on it' with regards to your training and your diet. You are at one end of the spectrum, and I'm at the other, in that you are very young, and me, well, getting on a bit. I envy you in many ways. Good luck with your endeavours, I wish you well.

Best leg work out, ever. Can barely walk! Went crazy on the squats... weren't too hard though. 200kg in proximity. squat 20 repper PB Calves almost fell off. 5 min stretching Squats: 2x12 @ 50kg , 1x20 @ 125kg , 2x8 @ 140kg , 1x6 @ 160kg , 1x6 @ 150kg Leg extensions/Leg press Supersets: 3 times this: 1x12 @ 57.5kg + 1x10 (175kg) Hamstring Curls: 1x12 @ 55kg , 1x10 @ 60kg Standing Calf Raises: 1x30 @ 100kg , 2x25 @ 65kg

Bench occupied, so I started with dips. Stressful day; last day of summer holidays. No big PB. Some increase on flyes and confidence in other lifts: PB next time. Wide Deep Dips: 4x12 @ bodyweight Flat BB Bench: 1x10 @ 60kg , 2x8 @ 84kg , 2x6 @ 80kg , DB Flyes: 2x10 @ 45lbs DBs Incline DB Flyes: 1x10 @ 35lbs DBs, 1x10 @ 40lbs Incline Bench Press: 3x8 @ 55kg Dumbbell Curls: 3x12 @ 35lbs DBs Hammer Curls: 2x8 @ 30 DBs
