lol, hell yea!

carefully warmed up though

didn't experience any pain lifting. my back just was very stiff, stiffed up in an unnatural angle making walking and other activities hurt.

and the heavy lifting softened it up

Today, first time this routine

Skullcrushers

12, 10, 8, 6 @ 30lbs, 35lbs, 35lbs , 35lbs

Close Grip Bench

12, 10, 8, 6 @ 70kg, 55kg, 55kg, 55kg lowered weight in order to focus triceps better

Tricep Pulldowns / Dips Superset

4x10 @ 90, 80, 70, 60 / 4x10 @ Bodyweight

Dumbbell Curls

12, 10, 8, 6 @ 30lbs, 35lbs, 35lbs , 35lbs

Not that heavy weights but strict form and emphasizing the muscle couldn't finish... okay, lol... not used to that arm volume, arms got so pumped i couldn't curl air. I like it. arms measured L 17 and R slightly above 17

Good evening and thank you for visiting this journal

I just realized those pics are awful, better take new ones.

Chest yesterday, went... average

Legs today (23 sets)

9 sets of squats: no PB, pretty good though, a lot of squatting

Warm Up: 2x12 @ 80kg,
1x10 @ 120 kg,
2x8 @ 130kg,
2x6 @ 145kg,
2x5 @ 152kg,
1x5 @ 160kg,
1x6 @ 142kg.

Leg Ext / Leg Press (supersets):

3x15 @ 45kg / 180kg

Hamstring Curls: going heavier doesn't allow me to nail the hamstrings

2x12 @ 35kg, 2x15 @ 30kg

Leg press calf raises: I find those hitting the calves much better than having a barbell on your back

2x25 @ 75kg, 2x10 @ 110kg
