lowered the weight of deadlifts a bit to get the form right, it's right now

deadlifts were about 10kg more than what it says (used olympic bar, wrote it down as it was normal)

need chalk or something... bar slips down to my fingers during the exercise (still works though)

Back

Deadlifts

1x10 @ 60kg , 1x6 @ 110kg , 2x4 @ 140kg , 1x3 @ 150kg , 1x2 @ 165kg , 1x1 @ 165kg
One arm rows

2x8 @ 80lbs , 2x6 @ 90lbs

Wide Pull Ups

1x10 < those handles are made of slippery rubber, hands slide, so i did lat pulldowns instead

Wide Lat Pulldowns

2x10 @ 140lbs

Seated Cable Row

2x10 @ 160lbs

Seated Shrugs

3x10 @ 160lbs

yesterday I did shoulders

30kg db a side shoulder press: easy. 70kg bb military press there too.. and some crucifix hold and gripwork

today i did chest. very good workout. chest 3 inch bigger than last time measured

Bench Press (no spotter=no 1rm)

1x12 @ 50kg , 1x10 @ 75kg , 1x8 @ 92kg , 2x6 @ 106kg

Hi, what is your current diet like? And also what was your old one, im asking because of that comment you left on my journal.

Also what did you weigh when you started, and what do you weigh now?
