Week 1

Every Monday I'll say how much I've gained that week + some slight update.

These first 5 days I've gained 2lbs. Feeling awesome. I think my chest is getting properly trained for the first time ever; it has grown 2 inches in those 5 days. It probably was just some improper measuring 5 days ago but lets hope it's progress.
I will start stating lifts soon and will take some pics within two weeks hopefully.
I bought BSN NO-Xplode = will be taking CEE and NO2 for the first time.

PBs, I don't know. I'vent been too eager to find out. I can't find out at the moment with the big lifts as my gym doesn't have loose barbells. I'm still doing it like a completely normal workout but without deadlifts and using the Smith Machine. I'vent gone for maxes in the past due to young age, just to be careful . I'm doing a leg workout in about 5 hours. I'll take note of the weights I'll use and post them here. cheers for peeking at the journal

Cheers TT, truly appreciated

Thanks guys... however my benching is sh*t

Today

Slept for almost 12 hours. No DOMS from yesterday, guessing it's because I stretched. I'm pushing today's workout for tomorrow because my neck is still a b*tch. Think I'll be getting a camera this weekend.

Agreed, very good squatting. Very impressive knowledge, dedication and stats for your age, I have every faith that you will go all the way.

To follow up on TT, don't forget there are girls out there who will appreciate your body too
