Ive had to train with light weights for the past couple of weeks due to a pain in my right shoulder, although its starting to ease of a bit so hopefully be able to lift a bit more in th next week or so.

EDIT - Not sure what happened to the progress pics? (will repost them with imageshack)

Tats have come on nicely!

As with your body, definate progress there, stomach looks flatter and less bloated/round, and pecs are looking tighter and lass flabby so well done.

Thanks mate

I was kind of hopeing that when I got my weight down to the 11 stone mark I would have pretty low bf, but due to the fact that its only 6 or 7lbs away, its looking pretty grim.

Can anyone give a rough guestamate what my bodyfat% is in the New pics above?

LOL top points
try not to pay attention to the mess in the backgroung please, I only moved in a while back and its still looking like a bombsite.

Ive not bothered posting up my training results as my strengh is not increasing at the moment, some lifts are even dropping. I also seem to be at a sticking point where the weight is no longer dropping off like before.

Cant wait till the day comes when I can start bulking up.

Todays progress pics (not sure why the last pics stopped working). I managed to buggered up the diet a bit and stopped losing weight for the past 2 weeks, although things are back on track. Ive started using Grenage's ECA in the hope that it will help me shed some more fat. 2 pills first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with an hours light cardio. Anyway here goes, 8 weeks of cutting from 4 july to Date.

Weight from 181lbs to 160lbs

Total weight loss 21lbs

Im going to swap my routine around a bit in order to split up muscles such as back&bis as I feel my biceps for example are not getting 100% as they are knackered after working my back. Same goes for my triceps after working chest.

Somthing like this

MONDAY - Rest

TUESDAY / Chest & Biceps
Bench press - 4x8
Dips - 4x8
Flys - 2x8
Ez bar curls - 4x8
Dumbell curls - 4x12

WEDNESDAY - Rest

THURSDAY / Back
Shrugs - 4x8
Dead Lifts - 4x8
Chins - what ever I can manage as I am crap at these!
Dumbell rows - 4x8

FRIDAY - Rest

SATURDAY/ Shoulders & Triceps
Seated barbell shoulder press - 4x8
Side lateral raises 2x8
Rear delt raises - 2x8
Close grip bench press - 4x8
Skulls - 4x8

SUNDAY / Legs & Abs
Squats - 4x8
Lunges - 4x8
SLDL's - 4x8
Calf raises - 4x12
Hanging leg raises - 4x to failure

Today I did Chest & Biceps

My strength is not increasing at all, my bench is actually dropping This is not a problem at the moment as my main consern is with dropping bodyfat. Once I get to a reasonable bf% I will start bulking up with a clean diet and try to increase my strength as much as possible.

FPMSL It can be a right pain in the @rse to keep these journals

Seems you've reached the dreaded sticking point maybe lower carb intake and up protein this can help kick start things off again just a thought
