Joined the gym at the start of the week, been using it to do my cardio in the morning before work as its starting to get a bit bloody cold outside.

Sunday

30min light run on the tredmill to warm up.

Then had a mess around the gym to waste time while kids where in the pool,, I cant go in the pool till my tattoo heals up

so did-
Seated leg press 4x8 114kg
SLDLs 4x8 60kg
Seated calf raises 4x20 20kg

Hanging leg raises 4x to failure

Came home and so far have managed to slash the tip of my finger with a kitchen knife then stub my toe on the edge of the livingroom door

Thought I would use the gym on Wednesday instead of training at home for a nice little change, to find that the place was heaving with people when I got there so equipment was limited. (so training was short)

Wednesday - Back

Barbell shrugs 5x10 @ 55kg
Barbell rows 3x8 @ 45kg (wide grip) mixed up with 3x8 @ 45kg (close grip)
Dumbell rows 3x10 @ 30kg

Ive not train the past week due to feeling very run down and getting a lot of headaches. I did try training chest and bis at the start of the week but gave up after not being able to push more than 4-5 reps due to lack of energy.

I am feeling a bit better today so will be training tomorrow after work

My bf% to date has not dropped much since the last photos (weight has went up a few pounds), as at the moment Im having a break from cutting and just trying to keep my diet clean, while trying to get my strength up a bit.

here is the current before and after pic (PS - The top pics are the before ones! lol )
