Cheers m8

Training is going good, Im not yet lifting the weights I was able to lift a few years ago, but Im getting there. Im now trying hard to gain as much size and strength between now and next january and know my bodyfat is going to inscrease again, but hopefully when I cut up for next summer I will actually have a bit of muscle to show for the hard work

There goes another week! Training hasnt been too bad this week considering I have managed to bugger my shoulder. Im not sure if it will effect my bench work this comming week as thats what I was doing when I hurt it, but it didnt effect the rest of my week so hopefully it will be ok. I was benching when I felt a little twinge in my right shoulder, next day and every day since it has felt like I have been hit hard on the very top of my shoulder.

Anyways, all in all I still feel as if Ive had an ok'ish week!

Monday - Chest & Biceps
Bench press 55kg x 12 warm up / 75kg x 9 / 77.5kg x 7 / 80kg x 5 / 65kg x 9 / 60kg x 10
Dips bodyweight x 19 / 10 / 10 this did not help my shoulder any!!!
Ez bar curls 32kg x 12 / 12 / 27kg x 12 / 12
21's 3 set with only 15kg as this also felt like it was bashing my shoulder!

Wednesday - Back
Deads 85kg x 12 / 105kg x 8 / 115kg x 8 / 85kg x 12
Chins bodyweight x 6 / 6 / 5
Barbell rows 55kg x 15 / 15 / 10 / 45kg x 20 / 10
Single arm dumbell rows where missed this out, again due to my shoulder
Seated shrugs 40kg x 20 / 20 / 20

Friday - Shoulders & Triceps
Shoulder press 45kg x 9 / 8 / 6 / 40kg x 9 / 35 x 8
Rear delt raises superset with side lat raises 10kg x 15 x 10 x 10
Close grip bench press 37kg x 12 / 62kg x 5 / 59.5kg x 8 / 57kg x 6 / 37kg x 12
Skullz 37kg x 10 / 10

Sunday - Legs Trained at the gym again as there i no way Im laying the bar over my shoulders doing squats.
Leg press 100kg x 15 / 120kg x 10 / 140kg x 10 / 150kg x 9 / 150kg x 8
Leg curls 45kg x 16 / 15 / 12
Leg extension (hams) 35kg x 15 / 15 / 15
The used some weird calf machine, did the job but not sure wat weights I did.
And then forgot to do my abs.

Well it look like I wont be Benching any time soon.

My shoulder was still a little sore this morning, but still I didnt think it was all that bad.
I racked up 55kg as a light warm up.. Did my first rep and Holy Crap! PAIN!!!

I will try hard to stick to the rest of my routine (missing out chest work) in the hope that it will heal up soon.

Trained my back today and all was well!

There was hardly any shoulder pain when doing deadlift
I was still able to do chins
Bent over rows where not a problem
I even managed shrugs with no shoulder pain

The only exercise that I gave up after 1 set was single arm dumbel rows as this was too painful on the shoulder, so I just did another couple os sets of bent over rows

Im just glad that my training isnt totaly out the window.

Next session is meant to be Shoulder and Triceps

Was'nt able to train my chest with any intensity last week, but still managed most exercises.

Last week went like this.

Monday - Chest & Biceps
Bench press 55kg x 12 / 12 / 12 / 65kg x 10 and then had to stop
Dips bodyweight - unable to do at the moment
Flys - unable to do at the moment
Ez bar curls - 27 x 17 / 16 / 12 / 12 / 10

Wednesday - Back
Deads 85kg x 12 / 105kg x 8 / 115kg x 8 / 85kg x 12 / 12
Chins bodyweight x 5 / 4 / 5 / 4 / 3 Pretty bad!
Barbell rows 55kg x 15 / 14 / 12 / 45kg x 18 / 12 / 12
Single arm dumbell rows 29kg x 15 each arm, but then had to stop
Seated shrugs 40kg x 20 / 20 / 20 / 20

Friday - Shoulders & Triceps
Shoulder press 35kg x 15 / 45kg x 8 / 6 / 5 / 35 x 12 / 8
Side lat raises 10kg x 15 x 10 x 10 / 10 I though this would have caused a problem, but not even as much as a twinge!
Close grip bench press 37kg x 15 / 47kg x 8 / 57kg x 8 / 62kg x 5 / 37kg x 15
Skullz 27kg x 15 / 32kg x 10

Sunday - Legs
Squats - 55kg x 11 / 75kg x 12 / 85kg x 10 / 90kg x 10 could do much more weight, but I dont have a rack to save me if I where to fail a set!
Leg extension (hams) 35kg x 15 / 15 / 15
Single leg calf raises - cant remember the weight I used but did 4 or 5 sets.
