Hey all.

Lots of threads natural vs Steroids, whos natural etc etc so thought would post what i think is a great Natural bodybuilder. Read article on Michael Lockett in Muscular development magazine.

This guy is 100% natural. Training for 2 years and only 24 years old.

Whats also amazing is apparently he eats what he wants and has a protein intake only 20% of what an average bodybuilder over 200lbs does. eats fast food, drinks coke etc etc. Imagine what he's be like if his diet was clean.

Thing is tho Ebbz even if somebody tested him and it came back clean, that'd only mean he was clean now and give no indication if he was ever at some stage 'assisted' in the past.

I understand a fair few 'natural' bodybuilders have used to get to th elevel they need to be to compete before coming off to pass the relevent drugs tests.

As for diet, who knows? Again we only really have his word for it.

Bottom line is the guy has a great physique, I don't really care how he built it or how he maintains it, I'd be more interested in finding out how I could achieve similar, if that was my goal.
