CJ - thank you for your support and nice tunes over the past few weeks!

I am relying on you to keep me going for the next four weeks as I attempt to get placed at the BNBF regionals!

Yee Ha!

Will be training back today, though much earlier in the day as am busy this afternoon. Barbellw rows, widegrip behind the neck pulls ups, DB rows, cable rows and some pulldowns. Always enjoy training back and have recently been getting some satisfying DOMS. Diet has been consistent throughout, though I have had a few slices of cheese over the weekend.

A few slices of cheese!!!!! You better add some more cardio in there mate, we don't want those abs vanishing!

Do you not do dead lifts for back?

Off season now son. Well thats the excuse anyway I do some rack deadlifts sometimes. SLDLs on legs day do my lower back though. Will certainly add them in when on the cycle, recovery needs to be considered otherwise. No point in overtraining.

Chest training today. Enjoy it a lot moren since doing pre-exhaust and am sure it will benefit my chest. Change of routine and more stress on the chest muscle I am finding which can only be conducive to growth.
Another glorious day of weather, smeared myself in tanning lotion. Heavenly

Yes, some time in August. Am starting the Law conversion course at BPP so up there for a year. Should be quite a change and I am relishing it. Lots more distractions though but I will do my best to soldier on

Yes that would be pleasant. Which gym do you use? I am thinking I might go to Muscleworks, should be inspirational training in that sort of gym.

No pictures for a while now Samuel. My camera is at home so will be a few weeks until I upload anything. Start of July I will be back and should upload some then, though I will be on cycle then assuming everything goes to plan Not sure if it is worth taking any photos therefore. Having said that, when I finish PCT I will be away from home thus no pictures again. Might be worth investing in a camera then

Will be legs this afternoon, hoping to get some more reps of 140 and get them closer to parallell as I fail to do so on some. Once I have managed this for 3 sets of 10 reps I will be happy.

I do like to do some 20 reppers at the end of the squats. I narrow the stance down and you certainly feel it. Do high and low rep on my legs.
Revising for exams at the moment which is thrilling, but it has to be done.

Crumbs, very intense leg session. I am fairly certain I will have some horrendous DOMS.

Just forcing down my 100g pasta, 200g chicken and 2 oatcakes. A real struggle though

Hey

Noticed you said you were going to do the Law conversion course and am a little interested in what you did for your primary degree? How did you fare?

I'm off to uni in September and am strongly considering that career path myself. Would be cool to see what route you'll be taking.

Not a bad song actually Chrissie, not a patch on the good stuff though.

My primary degree is History. Whatever degree you decide isn't overly important as long as you are able to apply the skills learnt to the applications at a later date. For Maths the ability to handle large amounts of information and process it effectively. Get top A Levels and then concentrate on the degree. If you are certain about Law I would do the LLB at University though, save the costs of the GDL; course fees alone are 8k

First exam tomorrow morning.

Training wise I am having the week off. I am in need of a rest from the training and whilst I don't want one, it is helpful to give the body time to repair etc. Diet will remain the same, though will slightly lower the carb intake for the week. Cycle will begin some time in June, more details to follow.

What with all the revision and associated nerves I am rather stressed at the moment. Normal service will resume soon. (i.e. sporadic updates and nonsensical posts in other people's journals )

Have a good weekend all
