Popped in to check out your journal CJ! Nice work!

Yet another one to add to my ever growing list ......I remember the days when I used to get some work done during the day......

Thank you for these kind words. First female in my journal, things can only get better!
Working myself at the moment, most unpleasant business.

Chanced across this, lovely music by Kenny as well.

Lady!!!! I love it!

And I thought my choice of routine music was cheesy! Am going for 'Can you feel it' by the Jackson Five! Hoping to stun the judges and audience with my dazzling display of 'moves'!!!!

Have had a good week of training, though today ate a few of my protein bars which I had not planned to. Will just have this as my carbing up day and carry on as per normal. Have been off the cardio for the past week as I don't enjoy cycling in these horrific winds. Will be leaving University tomorrow for 5 weeks so I will be able to run down the lanes which is always pleasant.
Pleased with my current condition, reasonable definition, will have some photos uploaded within the next few days...

You're back!!

Yep, winds a bit feisty and may knock you off your trike! Not a good look!

Carbing up a mere distant memory to me these days!

Do you not have a little re-feed each week?

No Mr CJ - no re-feed, no 'cheat meals'.......have incredible fat stores to cut into in my lower body!!!!!

If I had loads of lean muscle mass, then maybe that would be a different kettle of tuna, however.......

Ignore the lack of a tan and ingrown chest hairs! 8weeks into cut.

Bit of a mess with these links, any ideas on how to tidy them up please? (Thanks TIO )
