Wanted to see what I had underneath and which areas needed working on to be honest. Not sure how much longer to continue cutting. If I do take the plunge and move to a test cycle I want to be in this sort of condition to make as much possible of the lean muscle gains. Problem is that won't be started until at least mid June as have exams to concentrate on in between, leaving me quite a gap with no specific aim...

No real reason, I don't see why I should constantly bulk partly. I wanted to see if I was able to get into a good shape and have the dedication to stick with it. I would like to compete at some stage in my life, whether I stick to doing it natural or not I don't know. It will always be aboout more than simply packing as much mass on my frame as possible though. That has been been my target.

CJ the whole point in cutting is to remove the fat to see the physique thats beneath, if you continue now youre gonna lose muscle mate

Yes that is certainly a fear TIO. What % do I look there? I was thinking a few weeks at maintenance jsut to keep around this level and then move onto the Test when still nice and lean?

9-10% id say, tops. You are very lean mate.

You dont need to hop onto test at this moment as there a few areas of you IMO that will grow just fine without, but thats your choice really

I would wait till you do a load of research mate, thats JMO

Thank you all for the comments. Which areas need work TIO? Traps stick out the most for me.

Had a good arms session earlier-

Dips with two benches at 50kg and BW for 12 repsx3
CGBP- 60x10
70x10
Tried 80 on the Smith machine but was very awkward.
Overhead DB extension-12kg x10 then 10kg afterwards until failure
Bar pushdowns- x10
x8

EZ Bar- 40kgx10
45x8
DB curls- 16x10 alternate on bench
16x8- together this time, then drop set with 14kg

Cable curls

Finished. Strength is down certainly from cut but not massively. Will stop my running in the mornings from now on, relying on a fasted 30 minute walk every day. Slightly increase carbs at Breakfast, Pre and Post Workout.

Looking for information on how gear would affect me mentally, aside from the confidence. Have exams and revision to do so would be interested to know what affect they will have.

Would be nice to compete one day as I have certainly enjoed the discipline of getting into shape. Makes a change from bulking though I appreciate I need to add mass. Weighing 77kilos in the morning, down from 85 3 months ago. Weight will probably go up a bit when I increase carbs (added half a stone normally on a hi-carb day)

shoulders, arms and chest need some mass on them IMO

back lacks thickness

you have good proportion IMO but just not enough thickness and mass

you would look the nuts with around 2 stone more of mass on you, which will take a while i can assure you as 2 stone of mass is around 3-4 stone of weight

At what % BF would that be? Thickness and mass comes with time. Not sure how many natural bodybuilders there are with those sorts of proportions. Was looking at John Berry, Rob Riches and John Harris, good physiques on them.
Keep it realistic though, something like Frank Zane should do me

as Paul George said "it isn't impossible it just takes longer than you think"

if you are concerned with BF levels you will not grow to an extent you are happy with, thats a fact, dont believe me ask Nymjam, Kinglean, Hulkster and a few others on here who are superlean they will all agree
