Brilliant, thank you RACK Have been working them a little more now, nothing beats the pump in them. Have had some painful cramps in them during the night before though

I've just passed this onto a mate of mine and he loves it.
I tried with Bigtime the other day and he does 100rep sets, I though my calves were going to explode!!!

83.5kg now. Creeping up again, strength is up on everything. Find wide grip pull ups from behind are very effective. Franco was a proponent and they certainly give me DOMS the next day. Have taken to using straps for the final set of the cable row now, throwing the chest forward and holding the vBar at the back for a second. Very enjoyable and cracking soreness today. Chest later.

Part of the problem is I don't have a set routine when I go to the gym. I think routines encourage stagnation so my training is very much instinctive. Problem is I can't remember everything when I get back!

word

i havent had a set routine for quite some time, i have a basic idea of what muscles i wanna work and just pick some exercises that have either worked in the past or have been recommended.

nice weight to btw. i long to hit 80kg thats my mountain to climb at the moment.

There is a song.

Glad to hear it Adam, you keep at it son.
AJ I would like to compete at some stage but am not sure when that will happen. I read you were considering it yourself as well?

good luck with the cycle mate, double and triple check EVERYTHING before you start. get baseline bloods done and after cycle as once you go on you can never find out what baseline was like before

Yes I am not going to rush into it thats for sure. Good idea about the baseline actually. Certainly worth it.
You have been making some impressive progress recently I must admit. Not long until the 100kg deadlift falls
