On a few occasions you've missed sessions because of other commitments and when you've managed to get in again it's straight back on with the arms. There was also a session where you only had a short amount of time so you banged out an arm session. I'm not going to suggest you're a bicep boy in the strictest definition but there seems to be a large afinity with training arms over training the big muscle groups. If you want to get bigger you're going to need to train smarter.

For better results:
Don't miss sessions.
Don't rely on isolations as the basis of your routine.
Maintain some consistency with your sessions.

You're recording sessions in your journal so you're already one up on the leagues of useless trainers who train week-in week-out with no direction or progression. I think you have the potential to make some progress, just sort that routine out.

Too much going on on Chest & Arms day.
Not enough going on on Shoulders and Abs day.

And on Legs day you note in your proogramme overview it's Squats first. No sign of them in your update yesterday. Any reason?

I think if you're sacking off Squats in favour of ab work and maintain that mindset/attitude, you'll find it truly difficult to make any noticable change to your physique.

wednesday - am cardio 30 mins run - pm cardio - 40 mins run

Just flicked through your journal and there is a clear sign of not paying attention to any of the advice from the extremely knowledgeable people on this forum,

Hope you pay attention to them, or your time at the gym will account for barely nothing

well if you read through the last few pages i have clearly took peoples help on board

i cant wait to start a new journal in a months time so i can get rid of thepages off here

the first pages are irrelevant to what im doing now
