i will get up earlier at half 8 tomorow .. go for a slow unfulled jog to try and keep up fitness while bulking

Who told you that?

About two years ago, before I was completely sucked into this bbing dimension, I was told by a knee/leg specialist that I should avoid any exercise on my knees as much as possible (walking stairs/cycling/football etc) He told me that I would have a surgery later in life, when I'd fully grown as that surgery would very likely stunt my growth. I'm not stupid but do 'stupid' things. I started lifting weights about 1 year after that. Went for a check up about 6months into training. Strangely/Miracle-y everything had cured , knees functioning perfectly. today, squatting is my best lift and I train legs twice a week.

not encouraging you to ignore professional advice if that's in your case

sometimes i feel like ignoring there advice i feel like the physiotherapy is a waiste of time... but i thought 8 weeks wait isnt that bad for something that COULD cause a serious injury. i am starting light jogging tomorow this is a big step up the ladder for me since my injury so i will see how it goes

Warm Up -Flat Flyes Light (2sets)-- 5 kg each hand --- 15 reps

incline bench press (3sets)-- (20 +22kg bar ) - felt great could perform it better today upp weight next week

incline flyes (3sets)--(10kg in each hand)-- last set used 12.5 .. shall use this for al my sets

chest press machine (3 sets) 70kg --- easy 2 day upp weight next week

cable crossovers (3sets) 20kg in each hand -- easy up weight next week

9:00 wake
9:30 large bowl of oats
whey shake
multivit tab n cod liver oil
coffee

10:30 - chicken breast sandwich

11:15 glass of orange
apple

1:00 1 fried egg , tin of beans , 4 bacon

3:00 banana
whey shake
train

6:00 - 2 large chicken breast , cabbage, potatoes
