back in training today

lifter 17.5 on preacher

the rest of the sets wer supersets so didnt record as the gym was closing

Hi mate how is the routine looking for you? It doesnt look very good to me, too many exercises per part and not such good structure. No deadlift, squat and too many isolations in my opinion.

You should look to do something a little more simple for the first 6 months with compound exercises and you will grow well with enough food. When I started going to the gym I was 67kg at 5' 11", so shorter than you. Now I am 100kg, compounds would suit you much better I think.

I am sure you could do something light with your legs like squats or lunges.

my leg i think has recoverd so yes compounds will be added :)

i havent been to the gym in a few days because of work ...chest tomorow

day 1 tri's ,,chest
warm up -- straight pull down tris 2 sets... chest--2 sets light machine bench
dips 3sets
rope pulldowns 3 sets
over head pull over 3 sets
bench press 3 sets
flat flyes 4 sets
cable cross overs 3 sets

day 2 back ,.bi's
Warm Up- Pull downs Bar (2 sets)- bi's machine curl
deadlift (4sets)
barbell rows (4sets)
t-bar rows (3 sets)
shrugs machince (4sets)

preacher curls 3 sets
hammer curl 3 sets
barbell curls 4 sets

day 3 legs

squats 3 sets
calf raises 3 sets
quad curl 3 sets


day 4 shoulders
warm up - light raises
seated real laterals (4sets)
dumbell shoulder press or machine (3sets)
side laterals (3sets)
front barbell raises (3 sets)

still trying to construct shoulders

chest today

Warm Up -Flat Flyes Light (2sets) ----------- stuck with 5kg

incline bench press (3sets) ---- 20kg , 25 , 25 (all with 22kg bar)

incline flyes (3sets) ----- 10 , 12.5, 12.5

chest press machine (3 sets) stuck with 70 kg

cable crossovers (3sets) 2,3,2

height same

weight 12 stone :D as this is my first bulk m not sure weither this is good or not

it also took me about a week to get into my diet etc

what do use think?

how come your barbell curl is less than your preacher curl and dumbbell curl?

oops ment to say 25k ... the barbel at our gym says 45 k but its not so am guessing its 25k
