i start my new job next week i will be reajusting my diet .. more carbs and chaning my routien to the tony sharks routine

new routine.. modified version of tony sharks Monday - Chest/Biceps bench machine 2x15 light weight Incline BB Press: 3x8 Incline DB Flyes: 2x10 Flat DB Flyes: 2x10 Flat BB Bench: 3x8 Barbell Curls: 1x12, 1x10, 1x8, 1x6, Seated Incline DB Curls: 2x8 EZ Preacher Curls: 2x10 Tuesday - legs / abs/ fore arm squats 4sets calf raise 3 sets ham curl 4 sets fore arm curl 3 sets 10 reps sit ups 4x10 crunches 3x10 wednesday - Delts/Triceps Military Press: 1x10, 3x8 side raise/front raise superset Skullcrushers: 1x12, 3x8 Rope Pressdowns: 3x8 Straight Bar Pulldowns: 2x12 thursday - Back/Traps Deadlifts: 1x10, 3x8 Barbbell Row: 1x10, 1x8, 1x6 rope rows 3x8 Wide Grip Pulldowns: 2x10 DB Shrugs: 1x12, 1x10, 2x8 friday -- rest sat--rest sun --rest i may change days due to work

MACCY, THINK U CUD TRY MORE PROTEIN IN UR DIET, WHY NOT ADD 8-10 EGG WHITES TO UR MORNING SHAKE?? IF U ALSO AD 2 SPOONS OF NESQUIK -IT WIL TASTE GOOD!! AND MORE RED MEAT!!

well i start work next week and im not sure of wat time a will be getting bak so a myt have to change gyms to 1 that is open later :( also a dnt no how many breaks am gunna have so basically diet will be to stuff face as much as posiible lol work comes before gym

diet down training non exsitent college is mint tho diet bak on track next week training not next week but the week afgter .. no cash

today ME Deadlifts: 1x10, 2x8 - 20k ,25k,20k Barbbell Row: 1x10, 1x8, 1x6 -10k,15k,20k machine rows 3x8 80k,90k,80k Wide Grip Pulldowns: 2x10 -90k,100k trap machine 1x12, 1x10, 2x8 -10k,120k,130k,120k CARL Deadlifts: 1x10, 2x8 - 20k Barbbell Row: 1x10, 1x8, 1x6 -10 machine rows 3x8 80k Wide Grip Pulldowns: 2x10 -80k,50k trap machine 1x12, 1x10, 2x8 -110,110,120,120 then after we did 25 mins on bikes on fat burn program then 10 min run

back from holiday.. gym today Military Press: 1x10, 3x8 - 70k, 80k,80k,80k side raise/front raise superset -7.5k,7.5k Skullcrushers: 1x12, 3x8 -7.5k,10k (5reps),7.5k,7.5k Pressdowns: 3x8 -70k,80k,90k, Straight Bar Pulldowns: 2x12 ,40k,50k ALSO added - rope pull downs i done cardio today 2.2 mile on treadmil- walk 3 mins,run 7 mins,walk 2 mins,sprint 3 min 6 min on bike - lvl 6 7 min on bike - lv 3 = 2.5 mile alltogether i did 4.7mile

weight in today --- 12.4 gym today -- back Deadlifts: 1x10, 2x8 - 20k ,25k,25k Barbbell Row: 1x10, 1x8, 1x6 -20k,20kk,20k machine rows 3x8 80k,90k,100k Wide Grip Pulldowns: 2x10 -90k,100k trap machine 1x12, 1x10, 2x8 -110k,120k,130k,130k great work out but had a cheat meal after wich was a very silly thing to do :(
