hi... well i have had many journals for wen i was doing my weights in the garage with limited equipment ... now that i have joined a new gym i have a new training partner with a new routine and new diet
feel free to critique
i start work on building sites as a heating apprentice so i will change my diet when it comes to it
i will post some pics up later and then 3 months into it i will post new pics

DIET

9:00 - oats with semi skimmed milk
coffee
apple
multivit tab and cod liver oil tab
protein shake

10:00 - 2 slices of toast



12:00 - either bacon and egg sandwich OR scrambled egg on toast(3egg)
glass of orange


2:00 - chicken breast sandwich
glass of orange



3:00 - banana
protein shake



4:00 - train


5:30 - 2 weetabix
protein shake


6:30 - tea,- can range from any meat with a range of veggies


9:00 - chicken sandwich


10:30 - protein shake
small bowl of oats


11:00 bed

day 1 arms

Preacher curls (3sets)
Barbell curls (3sets)
Seated Dumbbell curls (3sets)
Incline dumbbell skull crushers(3sets)
Decline close grip cable presses (4sets)
Rope pushdowns(3sets)
Hammer curls(3sets)

day 2 back
Warm Up- Pull downs Bar (2 sets)
pull ups (4sets)
barbell rows (4sets)
t-bar rows (3 sets)
cable rows close(3 sets)
hyperextensions (3 sets)
shrugs machince (4sets)

day 3 chest
Warm Up -Flat Flyes Light (2sets)
incline bench press (3sets)
incline flyes (3sets)
chest press machine (3 sets)
cable crossovers (3sets)

day 4 shoulders
warm up - light raises
seated real laterals (4sets)
dumbell shoulder press or machine (3sets)
side laterals (3sets)
front barbell raises (3 sets)

all sets i aim for 6-8 reps thn up weight APART from pull ups as i cant do them lol

6th august training
chest


Warm Up -Flat Flyes Light (2sets)-- 5 kg each hand (felt good got the blood pumping )

incline bench press (3sets)-- (20 +22kg bar ) - struggled to bring the abr all the way to chest will drop weight next week

incline flyes (3sets)--(10kg in each hand) then a 4th drop set with 7kgs

chest press machine (3 sets) 70kg (5&6th rep wer helped)

cable crossovers (3sets) 20kg in each hand -- really felt this working

hyperextensions (3 sets) didnt do them

shrugs machince (3sets) 110k 10 reps......120k 10 rep.... 140k 10 rep

no its not

you do 22 sets on arms
miss out some major movements
and dont train lower body yet will manage to do so when you cut????

its poor, but if you can justify it, crack on

i cnt train my legs till i cut for injury reasons and i am adding major movemnents lyk dips and deadlift etc for my next routine in 8 weeks
