iim not sure what my BF is i have never been mesured does it look like i have made improvements ?

not going to lie with your pics mate, yes you do have a long way to go and im in no position to criticise. however, on the upside, you are only young and developing such and interest in training at such a young age can only be a good thing... ....you are making progress already without a doubt, in time your weight will shoot up and so will your muscle as long as you nail your diet, program and rest times. i wish you the best of luck mate take care

i will update this every day !!!! as promised my new routine for 2008 !! i do my sets with a 8-12 rep range ... get to 12 rep or past add weight .. get below 8 take less weigh off etc tuesday-back biceps warm up - pull downs bar (15 reps) 2 sets deadlift 4sets t bar 3 sets machine rows 3 sets EZ standing curls 4 sets hammer curls 3 sets thursday - legs, fore arm,abs warm up - tend to normally just do 10-15 mins on bike squats 4 sets calf raise 3 sets ham curl 4 sets fore arm curl 2 sets normaly , 2 sets reverse with bar sit ups incline 3 sets of 15 saturday - shoulders and traps warm up machine press 15 reps 2 sets low weight machine press 4 sets side arm raise 3 sets barbel upright row 3 sets barbel shrug 3 sets dumbel shrug 1 set sunday - chest and tris warm up flat flyes 2 sets flat bench 4 sets dumbell press 3 sets cable crossovers 2 sets seated dips 4 sets skull crushers 3 sets sit ups incline 3 sets of 15

todays training sesion went well good to be back at the gym ... felt tierd at the end of shoulder excrcises o nly a good sign ? warm up machine press 15 reps 2 sets low weight machine press 4 sets .... lvl 9..... /10 reps (last rep with help) .. all the same for all the sets side arm raise 3 sets ... 7.5 kg for 11 reps for 3 sets barbel upright row 3 sets ... 25kg for 13 reps////// 30 kg for 8 reps for 2 sets barbel shrug 3 sets ...... 50kg for 13 reps//// 55 kg for 9 reps for 2 sets dumbel shrug 1 set 22.5kg in each hand for 15 reps

in a rush today didnt have time for abs warm up up flat flyes 2 sets 7.5 flat bench 4 sets 30kg weight for all four sets dumbell press 3 sets 20 kg in each hand for all sets cable crossovers 2 sets lvl2 and lvl 3 used seated dips 4 sets with out weight for 1 set ... thn 10 kg used for the rest of the sets rope pull downs 2 sets to failure

I've been skimming though this whilst downing a shake and eating some cottage cheese ... mmmm... Anyway. I envy you. Your 16 and imo this is a perfect age to start building proper muscle. I'm 20 and i have neglected them 4 years to do something about it but have always been too lazy to do something untill now. When you hit my age, as long as you dont neglect you diet - train hard and rest well you will be a beast. Good luck for the new year.

for yesterday tuesday-back biceps warm up - pull downs bar (15 reps) 2 sets deadlift 4sets 40kg/11 reps...40kg/9 reps... 40kg/10 reps.. 40kg/10 reps (bar is 26kg a think ) t bar 3 sets missed this out! machine rows 3 sets 120kg(i think)/10 reps for all sets EZ standing curls 4 sets 20kg/10 reps.. 20kg/9reps.. 20kg/10 reps..20kg/8 reps hammer curls 3 sets 12.5/10 repss....12.5/10 reps..12.5/ 5 reps

i would advise doing cardio unfueled on non- training days as if you've treained legs hard enough you'll hardly be able to walk! get the diet sorted so you r in a calorific deficite and do cardio and the fat will start to drop off!
