really good doms on my biceps haredley ever get that nowa days.. i have decided im going to start running next week in the morning (unfuelled) on monday wednesday friday:)

missed gym tonite had to go to dentist im stil numb now lol

im goin for an unfuelled jog on sat (to check how long the route i have planned is )thn gym later on

and sunday is back to normall

as i asaid im loosing the gut for my hols(hopefully )or some of nthe gut any way lol

ss cardio 3 times a week for now when it comes near to my hols.. im dropping more cals and swithc to hitt training

weigh in tomorow so i can track how much i have lost

im doing a 2.61 mile run in the morning will do it tomorow to see times etc

not sure if i can last tat as i have nevr done unfuelded cardio before

ipod.. running mate should be ok

i done my run today... took about 25 mins im going to increase the distance next week hopefully building up to 40 mins of cardio

due to more important hings i missed a few shoulders+traps sessions

but i got to the gym today ... worked them hard
sauna in our gym will sopoon be opening

hi mate been looking through your log glad to see you stopped doing as many sets on chest i think you will of been over training a bit when you first started remember less is sometimes better when you are first starting out also have you been on the meal plan site that can be found in the diet and nutrition section to get your diet right any ways hope it goes well for you remember the more you put in the more you get out but it takes years of training to get big so stick with it and it will be worth it at the end good luck mate

cheers for the post mate!!- i have looked at the meal pplan site and i am stickin to a plan similar what i have created (please ignor other attemps to make a diet plan lol) keep protein high i think im gettin around 170g protein at the moment im going to buy pbars to boost that up....i think this routine is workin for me apart from the bi's need to change them, i think im going to change the routine round to stop platue

hi dude remember to have at least 1 gram of protein to every pound of body weight a day and spread them meals out every 3 hours post your diet up again as for your bis a lot of the time you can worry about getting sets and reps right and end up messing your routine up just go with what feels good and get a good pump in the muscle as long as your not doing more than 12 reps youll be good and no more than 3 sets of 3 to begin with

chris- cheers for the advice once again mate .... my diet (normally changes sometimes)

6:30 - oats (SSM)
protein shake
multivit tabs and codliver oil
green tea
seasimin

10:00 - 2 weetabix
either protein bar or chicken

12:30 - 200g chicken
large salad
(maybe add carbs here)

4:30 Pre W- protein shake
banana

6:30- pwo proteinshake with maltedextrin

7:00 - any meat steak chicken etc with veg and potatoes

10:00 low fat yogurt
protein bar

hi mate could you get a meal in at 8 am something like fruit and at 2 say flapjack or oatcakes and cottage cheese your routine looks 10x better than before now your not doing as much

latest around that time i can get a meal is 7:20

them im at work and cant eat etc

what kind of work you do would you be able to have a protein bar as you said you some times have them in your diet would only take a miniute to eat

trying to cut down loose the fat for hols (june)

back from gym

tuesday -back biceps forearms

deadlift -4 sets 40k-50k-50k-50k (not including bar weight)

lat pull down3 sets 50kg for all sets

1 arm dumbell row2 sets 22.5kg for all sets

rows2 sets 60k for all sets

ez seated curl4 sets 20kg-22.5kg-22.5kg-22.5kg (then some one mentioned i should drop the wiehgt and better for as i wam not extending my arms i am stopping at 90 degrees)

CG barbel curl2 sets 25kg for both sets with negatives



fore arm curl (1+2) 2 sets left these out

good tops in top of back from last nyt also it the bottom of my back this might be the best doms ive had in my upper back since starting also doms in my biceps most probably of the negative on the last rep
