well I checked out the tat, and it is still attached to a rather nice glute, not hamstring.
I got the tat as well, I'm daft as a brush, although 8 years on we are still married so... Yeah I got married 4mnths after I turned 19, I had just left the Navy

Rope-a-dopes seem to be working as your forearms look very Popeye.
Like the look of those gloves too, are they as strong as they look?

Were you feeling a bit nippy when showing off the new tat?

I have problems with my ACL i think its too many tackles on astroturf and its payback time, there are times when i cant move my leg properly and i wouldnt trust it to train on at the moment so im stuck with the brace for the forseeable future.

Same as me then, no way you can train with the brace to stop latteral movement?

been thinking about wondering if my left leg will attempt to compensate slightly but ill give it a few days and try it normally and if not it looks like ill be wearing a brace.

It would do, thats why I tend not to rely on squats to much or the SLDL I try to do single leg exercises like the leg ext, ham curls and single leg squats

Phe - sweating due to exertion or the unseasonally warm weather up here in Scotland?

Hee, was sweating myself in the gym this afternoon then found out the feckers had the radiators on 'because it is February!' Unbelievable!

just going to try and stay positive and as calm as i can and try to get through it.

are you finding things tough at the minute then mate to increase your dose?

i thought 40mg was the top?

My doc told me 40mg was top, but after speaking to my clinical shrink the top dose is a whopping 80mg
I am struggling with major mood cycles at the moment, and my councellor is struggling to achieve anything with me as my thought pattern can be very extreme and varied from week to week, with some of my decisions being pretty life altering and dangerous, at present I have been able to see that this isn't right and not act on some of my thoughts, but i am struggling so it is safest to stabalise before progressing.
