ORIGINAL: Phoenix08 My doc told me 40mg was top, but after speaking to my clinical shrink the top dose is a whopping 80mg I am struggling with major mood cycles at the moment, and my councellor is struggling to achieve anything with me as my thought pattern can be very extreme and varied from week to week, with some of my decisions being pretty life altering and dangerous, at present I have been able to see that this isn't right and not act on some of my thoughts, but i am struggling so it is safest to stabalise before progressing. really wish you the best of luck dealing with these problems mate. maybe look for advice from close friends before making any decisions that seem out of the ordinary? although how you would distinguish this im not sure. maybe keep a written record of your thoughts to analise?

Yeah expensive, but the salary worked out at around £72k which was ok across there. Still training, repping 105kg on the bench at the moment. Back to hospital to agree a surgery date on Tuesday, also found I have an umbilical hernia, so waiting for surgery for that ... oh what a life
