Cheers mate, although I stole it from the Fatboy Slim Album (and to be honest I should really weight till the end of the cycle to see if the name proves right)

I realised that I have not really put up much on the diet front so far so just going to put up the food I ate yesterday. I am at present not always making meals and eating a great deal of things as seperate items but anyway.

550g Beef (steak)
270g Tuna
150g Homous
300g Potatoes
100g Rice
6x Wholemeal Rolls
3x bowls of shreddies
4x Wheetabix
2x Scoops of protein Concentrate (soya, wheat, whey)
4x Bananas
2x Applese
2x Large Portions of Cabbage
1x Red Pepper
1x Orange Pepper

(Not satisfied at present with the diet, I want to add 6-8 eggs per day into that and also another 150 of carbs)
Work routine and just arriving back in the country has thrown me off a little

Diet for the day before was similar, but no Tuna and only 400g of Steak, but also had 250 of Chicken

Decent album, I remember buying it at 16 and getting fairly wasted/mashed while listening to it. Ah happy days

Looking good mate, Hope the cycle goes well and i would agree about the jabs as in take them in the Glutes in either the upper right or left quadrant. Ill drop in at a later date and see how your doing.

Mars bars fried .oO(thinking of the chippie)
I love some of the mentioned goodies, but I reckon I am a little chubby at the moment and so don't want to gain to much excess fat.

Chicken Madras is actually fat burning due to its thermogenic effects.. Its like eating a stick of celery in calorific terms

Second injection this evening, and decided to go against the comment census and injected into the tricep, 2mls.
No pain on the injection, just a slight dead/numb feel although Lenka pushed the 2ml in in 35 secs, before I had a chance to start the 2 minute injection process

Sunday afternoon, so about 38hrs after injection, there is a slight pain in the tricep, near the elbow, nothing that bothers me, more like I had banged my funny bone or something, swimming this morning, with wife and kids.

Funny, my diet always seems to be a little off on weekends, easier to keep on it on week days.

IMO get that thought out of your head.

Are you bulking?

Bulkers eat alot, you know this i am sure

The more you put in the more you get out, take advantage of your first cycle as this is where you are going to gain the most.

Eat everything that is not nailed down and deal with the fat later on

Best of luck
