Rage Against The Machine - Evil Empire

Went with Arms Today, decided I needed to test out the bad left arm
Pain, swelling and heat have subsided greatly Today and I feel better for it, nerves have settled, just in time for my next jab in about an hour.

Arms Session

French Press
3x10@45kg

Reverse Curls
3x10@37.5kg

Curls

Missed not having a training partner today, it's amazing how quickly you learn to train with someone and then notice there absence

3ml in the delt last night, shot felt fine, in fact, felt better than fine.
Today delt still feels good, so hoping the last shot was a one off, and I am going to be ok the rest of the cycle.
Going to use quads now instead of triceps

Alright Kendod.

1. Didn't front load cycle, was going to but given I am putting in 2ml or 3ml each jab I decided I would have to increase the number of jabs per week so left it.

2. Noticed a difference between my squatting as of late, I have added 20kg in 2 weeks which I am pretty happy with. If I can continue to push the squats I think I will be repping 200kg+ by the end of the cycle

I thought the same thing and hoped the gains would continue. After my initial bump increase in weight, the gains slowed down.

I like the way you've got the sense not to drink in that pic mate. Wish i could do that...

I spent the night drinking coke Zero and water, and eating chicken off the BBQ

Red, at 2 weeks into the cycle I was thinking I should get another 2 weeks of big gains before they slow down, what do you reckon?

Hard to say mate, i think its different with everyone. On my second week i put 5 kg on my bench (as you know, that is a lot to me on bench) and about 10kg on squats. It then steadied out for a few weeks and i could just rep them out much easier.

Next time i added weight i put 5kg extra on bench and didnt get the full 8 out, not far off though. Ive since took the extra 5 off as it kills me.

I can put weight on leg day exercises easily though so possibly you may be the same as your more of a leg man like me.

I would put substantial money that your diet is a lot better than mine aswell so you have a better chance of moving forward.

Cheers Mick/Red

I am eating as much as I can, and I still feel good in the gym, the 160kg squats didn't really feel too bad, and recovery from them was very quick.

I am hoping to hit 200kg for reps......no I am not, I am going to rep 200kg minimum of 4 reps END OF
