ah right. well the woirk today did seem to ease the pain but if its counter productive ill sack it off for now. quite a few moves cause discomfort. in particular, what do i do with chest day? because that is not comfortable on the shoulder either!

start with : weighted push ups low cable crossovers DB Floor press longer term progress in this order: decline DB Press > BB Floor Press > decline BB Press > cgbp > Regular Grip

gotta say the floor presses did cause some discomfort today when i did them for triceps. just to clarify, you suggesting i do the top 3 untill the pain is no longer present? thanks by the way

just finished 20 minutes of HIIT sprinting in the park topping it off with 2 pints skimmed milk. recovered well between sprints i feel, the stopping smoking has definatley helped me.

week 30 5x110 5117 5x122 5x127 5x135 had to put legs slightly wider than shoulder today as my lower back was a bit unsupportive. 135 felt a bit heavy, so i unracked and re racked it a few times, walked out with and stood with it on my back a few times, then just hit it. felt easy and i reckon i could of tried 140 but i didnt wanna push it. hack 15x70 15x77.5 romanian deadlift 8x77.5 8x90 8x100 4x105 leg extensions 15x2 minutes 20x1:25 20 minutes uphill walking, steam room and a jacuzzi! should also add i didnt get a headache, and have not done on any weight sessions this week which is making it fun like it should be. today i also got my letter through for a referal to a consultant neurologist

week 31 back deadlift 5x150 5x157.5 4x162.5 3x165 no energy at all but at least im up 1 rep on last weeks 165. rackpull 4x140 4x120 did not like these at all. it killed my lower back. BB rows 8x70 8x72 7x77.5 DB rows 8x38 8x38 7x40 pull down 8x70 6x77 7x84 problem with DB rows is my left side. i use the form of putting my leg out to the side on which ever side im lifting the weight. its fine on the right but on the left i keep hitting my leg with the DB, even though its right out to the side did the usual 20 mins or so cardio afterwards.

week 31 tuesday mixup extravaganza decline db bench 9x22 9x22 9x24 8x24 8x26 9x22 10x22 was on a bench where i had to hook my feet in, a situp bench i think? so i couldnt get leg drive, but it really hit my tits good. they didnt aggravate my shoulder so i did a tester MP with 20kg. could feel it would hurt so i didnt do shoulder work. overhead extensions 10x30 9x35 9x35 9x35 single arm pushdown 8x15 8x20 9x15 bb curl 12x20 10x25 5x30 7x20 seated db curl 10x10kg hammer pull up 2xBW 3xBW overhand curl 10x20 10x20

week 32 did a bit of bi and tri work on wednesday followed by body combat. thursday i did 25 mins of HIIT on the treadmill today legs squat 60x8 100x8 100x8 4x125 6x125 squat machine, weight per leg 8x60 8x65 8x75 wasnt feeling it really on bb squats, just wasnt in the vibe, didnt have the mojo. the squat machine was very good imo, was very very difficult and i could really feel it hitting everything. bb hack squat 15x80 8x85 ham curl 8x84 8x91 8x98 did a couple sets of calf work. i stopped doing calf work ages ago cos i didnt think they were growing. now compared to my quads they look like my foremans stuck on my legs! ****ing ****e, so i will get working on em. felt sick so cut cardio to 20 mins

week 32 extreme decline db bench 8x26 8x26 8x28 9x30 incline bench 8x24 8x24 8x24 4x26 flat drop set 8x24 4x18 bb curl tripple drop sets 10x25 10x20 10x15 tryed shoulder pressing but it still slightly painful, though all the benching was fine 30 mins cardio.

week 33 back deadlift 145x6 155x6 167.5 170x3 very chuffed. managed to break 165, not only once but twice! wonder what i need to rep to get 200 for a single bb rows 8x60 8x70 8x75 row machine, weight per arm 10x20 10x25 10x27.5 8x32.5 pull down 8x77 8x77 6x77 deads really took it out of me as can be seen by the lifts after it. i was shaking quite a bit off just the first set, so not sure what happened, but it seemed to help! this weeks injury is a twisted wrist from benching last week.
