and that concludes this routine. getting bored of it now. also taking a week out of the iron game as i seem to be accumulating a lot of niggles which is making it harder all the time. plus im gradually feeling less recovered each time i get in there. so time for a week out, keeping up cardio and come back to a full body routine, looking forward to it.

cos i saw your physique on page 1, and i have a friend who deadlifts/squats the same weight as you but is waaay bigger..so i thought it's because he's shorter maybe..he's 5'10 but would 4 inches make that much of a difference in physique??

also he does 3 sets of 10 reps on each exercise -- maybe thats the reason..

anyways, back to your journal, can i ask you how long did it take to get from 80kg to 180kg on the deadlifts?

those pictures are from september which was only 1 month after id started training.
i have never lifted 180kg, my max lift is 172.5x4. i started with zero training then 8 months later i lifted that.

wow amazing, ur my inspiration man..at the moment im on 70 kg which is pitiful but hopefully ill be able to dealift as much as you by 8 months...anyway thx for the info
