week 33 shoulder/tri machine press/per arm 8x35 8x40 8x45 6x50 seated bb press 8x35 8x40 8x45 4x50 standing MP 8x30 7x35 bar pushdowns 8x60 8x60 8x60 7x65 overhead extensions 12x30 9x35 6x40 5x45 CGBP 8x50 CGBP give a sharpness in my shoulder again, but all other shoulder pressing was fine. and infact i was quite impressed with the weight i shifted since i havent worked shoulders for weeks!

week 35 incline bb 5x50 5x50 5x55 5x60 flat db 8x28 8x28 8x28 bb curl tripple drop set 8x30 8x25 8x20 single cable curls 8x15 8x20 8x25 concentration curl 8x10 and that concludes this routine. getting bored of it now. also taking a week out of the iron game as i seem to be accumulating a lot of niggles which is making it harder all the time. plus im gradually feeling less recovered each time i get in there. so time for a week out, keeping up cardio and come back to a full body routine, looking forward to it.

wow amazing, ur my inspiration man..at the moment im on 70 kg which is pitiful but hopefully ill be able to dealift as much as you by 8 months...anyway thx for the info
