week 37 bb rows 8x70 8x70 8x75 8x60 front squat 8x50 8x55 6x55 6x55 incline db bench 8x26 6x26 8x26 5x26 bb shoulder press 6x30 8x30 8x35 5x35 hammer curls 8x14 7x14 6x14 im still getting used to front squats at the moment though it was certainly easier today. clean grip is not possible. i dont think my routine is sustainable so im gonna switch to the classic ABA BAB routine. my triceps had not recovered at all from monday. they were causing me to fail on bench and shoulder press!

week 37 squat 5x100 5x105 5x110 5x115 5x120 kept it light as ive not back squatted for a couple weeks incline db bench 8x26 7x26 6x26 7x26 very odd. bicep kept pulling, and my elbows were failing! bb row 8x70 8x72.5 8x72.5 8x72.5 cable crunch 8x40 8x65 8x65 8x65 bb curl 8x20 8x25 8x30 dropset 8x20 going on fun factor, full body workouts are excellent! all my favourite moves multiple times a week.

week 38 deadlift 5x145 5x155 4x165 4x175 seated bb shoulder press 8x35 8x40 5x45 6x40 pull downs 8x70 8x77 7x84 6x84 dips did some dips but really hurt my shoulder.

personally i think ive been a bit optimistic with the weights, it could also be bad form. last week i was tireing at 140 and 150 so i didntt bother anymore that day. the method works i reckon, if you can get the weights right. it can be daunting going in knowing this time youre lifting another 10kg more.

week 41 A decline bench supersetted with bb rows 7x55/8x80 6x57.5/8x82.5 6x60/8x82.5 6x60/8x82.5 bb hack squat supersetted with bb curls 8x92.5/8x30 8x95/8x30 8x95/8x30 6x100/6x35 ****ing brutal. you dont need cardio doing a workout like that.

not sure what you mean raj. if the iron shifted is increasing and i like what the mirror is showing then i count it as progressing. gonna have to change to pull/push/legs and do it over 3 straight days now. i dont have time for any other way for the next 3 months ish.

week 43 deadlift 5x150 5x160 4x170 3x180 db row 8x38 8x38 8x38 pull down 8x91 7x91 6x91 5x91 seen a big guy in gym who pulled it down and at the same time leant back into a parallel position (not jerking down). works for him so ive given it a go the last few weeks. gotta say its the best way ive done, can really feel the lats spreading out. bb row 8x80 8x80 8x80 5x80 curls 8x30 6x30 forgot how hard it is doing a "back day", im finishing curls off tomorrow. deadlift was good and easy except the heat was killing me mentally so it was difficult in that sense. had a bloke come over saying how refreshing it is to see someone deadlifting!
