week 37 squat 5x100 5x105 5x110 5x115 5x120 kept it light as ive not back squatted for a couple weeks incline db bench 8x26 7x26 6x26 7x26 very odd. bicep kept pulling, and my elbows were failing! bb row 8x70 8x72.5 8x72.5 8x72.5 cable crunch 8x40 8x65 8x65 8x65 bb curl 8x20 8x25 8x30 dropset 8x20 going on fun factor, full body workouts are excellent! all my favourite moves multiple times a week.
