week 14 back/trap deadlfits 8x70 6x120 6x122.5 6x125 1x127.5 1x125 0x120 very strange. first 3 sets were solid and easy. my form was 110% and my back didnt even come into the game today. once i got to the last set though, i had no drive left. and this week my right hand wouldnt grip, wtf! part of me thinks i did good because i beat last weeks 6 rep PB, but another part is thinking it was crap. db rows 8x32 8x32 7x36 RH 5x36 LH 8x32 there isnt a single 34k db in the gym, ffs! assisted pull ups 8x30 8x30 8x30 getting worse every week! plate shrugs 10x25 10x25 10x25 10x25 i found i could get a better workout on these if i press my chin into my chest and push the shoulders back. then shrug up + down as usual.

week 15 back/trap (rejigging routine) deadlift 8x70 6x122.5 5x122.5 dont think my back had repaired. i stopped after that as my lower back was in agony. db rows 8x32 8x32 8x32 8x32 chin ups none today plate shrugs 10x25 10x25 10x25 10x25

week 15 legs squat 8x60 8x97.5 8x100 5x102.5 back get sore 10x70 then i ****ed about with some weighted stepups but they didnt do anyhting for my quads so i used an MTS squat machine, seemed to hit everything good 10x30 20x35 20x40 each leg moves independantly, so its effectively 40k per leg seated ham curls 10x84 10x91 10x91 standing calf raises toes forward 50x79 toes out 50x79 kept weight down to reduce the spinal compression!

week 15 shoulder/tri seated bb shoulder press/super set lat raises 8x30:10x8 8x35:10x8 8x35:10x8 8x35:10x8 shoulder press is getting easier still, gonna try a set with the 40k bar next week. dips 8xbw 8xbw 8xbw 8xbw bar pushdown 10x40 10x40 10x45 facepull 8x40 8x35 8x35 shoulders were positively dead, so had to lower the weight

week 16 back/trap deadlift 6x117.5 6x117.5 6x120 4x122.5 used a belt this week and it improved the whole thing a great deal. felt a lot stronger at least, though my back did start getting pumped again on the last set. hopefully next week i can be back upto 125x6 db rows 9x32 9x32 9x32 9x32 added another rep because there is no 34 db. might keep adding reps for the next 3 weeks or so before i go for the 36. assisted pullups 8x30 8x30 8x30 8x30 not great, but my back is getting thicker regardless. plate shrugs 12x25 12x25 12x25 12x25 added reps because there isnt a heavier plate. may start on behind the back bar shrugs next week. even using the same weight, my traps are growing like a weed.

probs a bit too soon for pics (only 1 month into bulk after 3 month cut). nice to compare to week 1 though anyway not sure im any different to week 8 tbh

week 17 back/traps incline shrugs 12x24 14x24 14x24 13x24 cable rows 12x90 12x95 8x95 deadlift 6x120 6x122.5 5x125 6x130 OWNED! rows 11x32 10x32 7x32 close grip pull down 6x56 8x49 8x49 what a great session! i couldnt get to deadlifts untill it was the 3rd exercise as squat rack was in use. decided to go mainly raw today to improve the grip. totally smashed my goal for this year of 6x130 deadlift and there is still 3 weeks left!

thanks. i like to think im doing ok except my chest is exceptionally week compared to everything else! to be honest, all i can do is keep doing it
