I'm about that height too, no matter how much weight I lose I keep feeling like I need to lose more and I'm trying to get an idea of how much I need to get down to. At the end of the day it's the mirror that will give me the results I want not the scales but I'd like to get an idea of how long I'll need to keep going for.
Do you feel like you had much muscle before starting weight loss or do you feel you lost any on the way down?

before i started i had no muscle as i never trained except many many years ago. and that wasnt correctly.

about 3 years ago one day i began loosing weight, i think i just cut the crap out. lost a few stones and then it stalled at about 15st. after a while again it started dropping and i began doing spinning classes and lost another stone or so. i was happy with that but someone kept banging on about BBing and after a while i wanted to try it out.

i got a basic diet sorted, got a basic training routine written down and one day changed it all completley. i went into BBing over night you could say. the basic diet helped a while and then i paid one of the nutrionists here to make me a diet. i think i went from about 13.5-14 to 12.5 in 3 months. thats doing fasted CV 5-6 times a week and 3 day weight training program.
i went down to a 34" trousers and they were baggy and which time i was advised to stop and start bulking.

you weigh 17st right? be wary with the mirrors. going from a weight like that gives you a lot of loose and soft skin which makes you look flabby when you arnt.

ive put on about 2st now in around 3.5 months, im still in 34" trousers but ive gained it too quickly. another thing to be wary of from being previously over weight. youre more likely to store it again. for example if you goto 13st, and someone else is 13st who wasnt previously overweight, you couldnt eat the same amount of carbs ive found. i think if youre fitting comfortably into a 34" trousers youve lost enough.

what are you eating atm?

You seem to of done really good with losing it. You look pretty defined in your avatar you can see your shoulder and back muscles well. I think my diet's pretty good, I posted it in the diet section a little while ago here: http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_2472200/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm#2472200 I've upped the calories a bit though, mostly through fats. I haven't added any more carbs than what you see there just more seeds/nuts and swapped some chicken for tinned mackerel.

I over-estimated my weight slightly. At my last weigh-in - which was Saturday morning - I was 15st 5lbs. However I got drunk on Saturday night and have eaten almost none stop since then and I would estimate (I don't wanna look) I'm probably 10lbs heavier through carbs holding water. That's something you're certainly right about, I just have to look at a carb and I blow up. I'm getting back on track tomorrow though.

I do fasted AM cardio which is just fast-walking about 4 miles in about 45-50 minutes 5 mornings a week. I do three full-body routines a week and go on a few jogs in the PM, usually just light-slow jogging.

The weight does seem to be flying off but like you say I think my skin is really lose. Does it shrink in eventually? Yours doesn't look loose in that pic but I guess it could be worse in other areas. For me it would be my belly as that's where all my weight goes. I'm hoping I don't have that there forever.

I'm jealous of the position you're in, I hate how my training suffers a bit through lowers calories and I'm gagging to start a mass-building routine/split and do a clean bulk but I have to shift what fat I have first.

my skin is loose on the stomach and lower back imo, and thats where the fat goes for me.

maybe try carb cycling if loss is stalling?

you just gotta keep plugging at it, and changing to keep it working!

Ak has trouble with his elbows, hence the partials

personally i'd go
cgbp
dips
pull downs (if you can be bothered)

if you prefer floor presses

cgbp
floor presses
pull downs (as above )

if and when you beat his lifts
gloat repulsively
no slacking tho
his lifts are moving along nicely

cheers raj. cant say i like dips that much now as my shoulders are always totally done in from the pressing anyway.
