Well done mate great progress.
As long as your enjoying what your doing keep doing it thats the main thing..But awesome progress..Can't wait to see the pics two years from now

I turned 22 yesterday mate, the starter pic was taken just before my 20th birthday! I know that natural growth helped me out too, in the first pic i used to chain smoke and eat nothing all day! Combination of training, meds and my body maturing made the change drastic i reckon!

Whereabouts in Bridgend are you mate? i have a few mates over there and i might well end up there soon when i start my police training!

in the centre mate, near the recreation centre, though I'm only back here temporarily, moving back to Cardiff soon. Where you from in Swansea, as most of my family are from there

Im really close to Swansea city centre, little area called Hafod, 10 minute walk into the main city! Ill either be places in Bridgend, Cardiff or Swansea when i enter the police, i hope it doesnt offend you, but i hope to god it isnt Cardiff!

You look much better. but a quick point, you have edited the 2nd pic by removing your face , but not done it on the first photo.just in case you forgot to blank it out , that is all
