This is the only time i will ever be happy about part of my genetics lol! My waist naturally is under 28" but since ive bulked it gained an inch. But it took 4 stone to gain one inch on my waist, so i have a feeling it will always be quite small! Otherwise mate, i would agree we have very very similar builds it was odd looking at your last set of progress pics because the similarities were so uncanny!

Cheers mate! Birthday was bloody awesome, i think its fair to say i drank more than my fair share and didnt really realise how i was still standing at the end of it! Also was given an x box 360 elite so all in all it was freakin awesome!

Well, i saw this progress on a daily basis, and could see the changes, but when you look at those picures theres not denying theres been some major developement!

You work hard and it realy shows, youv been my inspiration and im sure youl do the same for others now youv shared these pictures.

WELL DONE Furyan, you look incredible and deserve every bit of praise youve received

just thinking, why not make this thread a journal?

LOL! Actually mate i dont ever want to take my bodyweight over 14 and a half stone, at 5 ft 8 even at my weight you start to look very 'stocky'. But id love to nail 14 stone 7 pounds, be cardiovasularly very fit and at a low bodyfat%. This is my current goal, and one which i think i will be able to acheive within 5 years.

Cheers mate, the funny thing is, all i do for my back is deadlifts and dumbell rows! Thats actually all ive ever done, but it seems to work well for me.

good progress but can i ask why you have stretch marks on your delts in the first pic when you were 9 stone?
