good progress but can i ask why you have stretch marks on your delts in the first pic when you were 9 stone? Ive had them since i was a teenaager mate, i also had them on my back, thighs and calves, and that was well before i started weightlifting. My doctor told me its to do with having darker skin, apparently we get stretch marks far easier, not sure if there is any truth behind this though. But ive always had them, they actually look better now than they did back then! [:D] |
