good progress but can i ask why you have stretch marks on your delts in the first pic when you were 9 stone?

Ive had them since i was a teenaager mate, i also had them on my back, thighs and calves, and that was well before i started weightlifting. My doctor told me its to do with having darker skin, apparently we get stretch marks far easier, not sure if there is any truth behind this though. But ive always had them, they actually look better now than they did back then!

how big are your arms, they look pretty chunky? i can see what people mean when they say asians have tough time bulking, you do you get some big ones but ive noticed quite a few extreme ectomorphs, not as often as thais, i remember looking for a t-shirt at a market in thailand and gave up cos they were all too small lol

This is actually really nerveracking for me! I started bodybuilding 2 years ago, basically because people kept mentioning that being asian, I automatically have terrible bodybuilding potentials. But also because i enjoyed a challenge.

This is me when id just turned 20, its a scanned photo so sorry about the quality! I weighed just above 9 stone.

These photos are me now, i really wanted to share my progress with you guys, even though i dont believe i have done that well myself. Bodyweight is 13 stone and 7 pounds.

Havent measured them in ages! Im actually in much better shape than i was in these pics. Will have to get a new set up! But as youve asked, id hazard a guess at between 17 and 18" at the moment.

Lol, this keeps getting bumped! I have a feeling it may be annoying some people that it keeps rearing its head in the general section! Though im always flattered by the kind comments, so thanks for them.

Do any of you guys know if there is any way i could get this moved to the journal section? So i can start using it as my journal? Been thinking of starting one anyway!

Lol ive had a tirade of jokes about that Tigger poster! Pic was taken in my fiances bedroom, she only recently took that poster down, but its still full of disney memorabelia! Quite like her winnie the pooh calender tbh though..............

Im off out for a mates bday now, but ill definatly be getting a journal started over the weekend, honestly the positive comments really keep me fired up and determined. And even criticisms help me along!
