Ive been meaning to get my new pics up for a while actually. As ive progressed quite a bit more since last august!

Training was quite simple mate. 3 day split:

Back/legs
Chest/triceps
Shoulders/Biceps.

Though ill be honest, i rarely ever trained my arms. I was usually too knackered by the time my main musclegroup workout was complete.

Diet was quite awful for quite some time. Though for the past 18 months its been very good indeed and suprise suprise, these times were when the best gains came. I just lived on Brown rice/pasta, Tuna, Mackrel, Peanut butter, wholemeal bread, chicken, beef and lamb, the odd protein MRP, fruit and veggies. Its old school, but i cut out carbs in the evening unless im training, just find it helps keep the bf% down. Otherwise i just ate 6 meals a day and followed the usual rules.

Steroid cycles were basic as well:

500mg test p/w is what i ran on two occassions, for 10 weeks each time. One of those cycles i tried to include Deca but it just didnt agree with me, so i decided to never use it again. This was spaced out over a year.

500mg of test for 12 weeks alongside 300mg of trenabol for 8 weeks was my next cycle. I gained very well off this, mainly because my diet was bang on as was my training. I hadent finished this cycle whe the progress pics were taken though (i think).

As you can see ive stuck to the basics, nothing fancy at all. Hope this helps.

Keep up the good work mate, also as you said you didnt really train your arms for a long period of time, during that period how many sets were you averaging for both biceps and triceps??

Sides for me, were mostly psychological. My mood would swing up and down alot, and i daresay i got a tad paranoid at times! When i used the Deca the shut down was awful, hence i never used it again. But other than that, i was fine, i always use HcG every week during my cycle now, and run a good long PCT. I usually use Exemestane and Tamoxifen.

Strength wise, believe it or not, during my last PCT and after it, it went up! No idea why, it just did, and as i run light cycles, i always find the gains easy to keep. The trenabol cycle gave fantastic results, but alas gains were difficult to maintain. Ive discovered for me, lighter cycles mean the gains are better kept. So thats how I choose to play the game.

Id say direct bicep and tricep work, i averaged maybe one movement, with a couple of sets per week. If indeed, i did anything at all. If i did train them, it would be high reps and low weight. For a couple of months, every other week i did an arm session just as an excuse to have an easy weights day that allows me to recover. But i didnt stick with it.
