GH hand numbing sides - 01 September 2007 18:08
I remember reading about getting pins and needles when on GH as a side. I've noticed that when it starts to get earlier in the morning i'll wake up and my hands will be numb like i've been sleeping on them no matter what position i have them in, is this the same thing as the pins and needles?

I believe the trick is to come off, then go back on at a considerably lower dose, e.g 20-40% of your current

well it's not enough to get me to come off, just wondering if i was starting to get the symptoms so i can monitor it and come off if it starts to get too bad.

Quite common this effect

My brother used to call it "club hands". As he has large hands to start with, and when he had little feeling in the fingers he would smash his hands into things all the time, often causing damage to various objects around the house!

My advice to him was similar to above. Reduce dose until symptoms disappear. Then gradually and slowly increase dose to what it was before. Often, the symptoms will never re-appear
