MONDAY oct - (home) Judo and Push today. Did the lifting about 4, did a few more sets than normal and didnt do shoulders as im going to do them tomorrow with legs for a change. Didnt do too well as i did one rep less for every set than on thursday apart from the 50kg bench where i did an extra 2 reps. Chest/Tri's DB bench: 12.5kg - 10,10 (warmup) Bench: 50kg - 12 (warmup) 55kg - 9,8,7 57.5kg - 4,4 DB inc bench: 20kg - 7,5,5,5 Close bench: 19kg - 5,5 Bench dips: BW+19kg - 7,6

TUESDAY 10TH OCT -(home) Legs and shoulers today. Puposely KILLED mi shoulders as i feel i have been neglecting them for the last 3 months doing them after some hardcore benching everytime. (the first month i switch between shoulders first and chest first every week). Now im going to do my normal rep/set system but once a week kill one muscle group with lots of sets. This will not overtrain them as i will never do it for the same muscle group and it will also push me forward on anything im lacking on. Today i decided that squats are my most hated exercise lol. The only one i actualy hate tbh.. I have only been training legs properly for about 3 weeks so it might be down to that. Find they take alot more effort than anything. I sweat all over from jsut the first set. ANYWAY Shoulders/Legs: DB press: 12.5kg - 12,12,10,10 Laterals: 12.5kg - 12,10,10 DB front rows: 16.5kg - 20 (10 each arm) 19kg - 12 Rear Raises: 14kg - 10,8 DB squats: 20kg - 12,10,10,10 CR: 20kg - 20,20,20 I think legs and front delts are my weakest and most neglected muscles atm. Obv legs as i have only been doing them for 3 weeks. My MP is lacking compared to bench i think to.

MUAY THAI today. (2nd lesson) We did work on low kicks, low kick blocks and low kick block to counter. Also did roundhouse block to counter. Smacked up the pads... man do your feet sting when kickin em. By the end they must of been numb as i wasnt feeling much lol. Wish it was a little closer so i could i go everyday!

Completely messed up my diet today as i was at a girls house for 5 hours and all she had was pasta and cheese. Nothing, i mean nothing else in her whole house. Oh some chocolate but i eat clean. So as soon as i got home about 7 i downed aloud of whey and went into my workout eating chicken sandwhiches between eat set lol. Oh ye is it ok to eat while lifting? Never really seen anyone ask that. Back/Bi Pullups: BW - 13,9,8,6 DB rear rows: 20kg - 10,12,12 Rear BB rows: 50kg - 5,5 Deads: 60kg - 10,10,10 - (for the first time on a lift i was rawring after every rep lol. Mum could hear it through my every so loud DnB) BB curls: 30kg - 5,5,5 Preachers: 12.5kg - 6,4,4 Forearm stuff. Going to the school gym for the first time ever tomorrow with mates who have never done weights before, should be funny! (my year is aloud to go to the school gym go only once every two weeks :s)

First time going to the school gym in about 4 years. I went when i was alot younger for fun. It was closed untill now. Its ancient but its SOOOO much better than the gyms i currently go to. The free weights at my gyms are all fixed weights with bars only going up to 45kg :s. So my school gym seemed amazing in comparison. It has a squat rack. A bench press. LOADS of plates that look about 20 years old. A few different bars and lots of DB barls. Medicine balls. Boxing bag and a few pairs of gloves. Two machins, each has 4 different secionds, bp, pulldown, rows and squats. A few other benches. Seeing as i was with about 10 mates we just ended up throwing medichine balls at each other lol. But managed to do some chest and tri's sets. In a few weeks when im used to the quipment try out my maxes.

Monday OCT - (home) Chest/Tri's Havn't done DB bench for a while so put the max weight i can on my DB's. DB Bench: 20kg - 12,10,10,8 Bench: 55kg - 8,6,5,5 Ince Bench: 45kg - 5,6,5 Standing skulls: 20kg - 6,5 Tri dips: BW+16kg - 8,8

Tuesday 16th Oct - (home) Back/Bi's Pullups: 12,9,7,7 DB rear rows: 20kg - 12,12,12,12,12 (need to get some heavier DB's) Deadlift: 60kg - 11,10,9 (Grip let me down on these, recon i could of done 12x4 if grip was good enough) BB curls: 30kg - 6,4,3 Preachers: 12.5kg - 4,4

Thursday 18 oct - (home) Shoulders/Legs DB rows: 20kg - 16,14,12,12,10 (5 each arm) Rear Raises: 12.5kg - 12,12,12 MP: 35kg - 8,6,6,5 (i nearly broke my food on this one lol. As you can see from pics on page two i tie DB's to my bar wityh string for extra weight on bench and deads. So when i was MPing it over my head one fell hit the floor and bounced an ince from my foot!) Squats: 20kg DB - 15,15,12,12 (odd as my lower back felt worked on these :s) SLDL: 20kg DB - 10,10 (first time ever doing these) Calf Raises: 20kg DB - 30,30,25

Tuesday 23rd oct (home) Well have had a few days off from lifting and a good diet to do some partying. Back to normal now. Chest/Tri's Bench: 50kg - 12 (warm up) 55kg - 10,10 57.5kg - 6,5,4 Inc Bench: 47.5kg - 5,4 Standing skulls: 20kg - 7,7,7,7 Good workout.

Thursday 25th oct - (home) Had 3 mates round while i was doing this workout. Was funny as i was MPing the same as they were benching for 12. They all just wanted to do bench i was like just do my workout and then tomorrow we can do some other stuff. But they're all lazy bastards so doubt thats guna happen. One of them was is saying he is going to start coming my house most days after school to lift with me. So i've finaly got a training partner. Problem is that his lifts are so light. Benches 45kg for 3 reps.. So dont want him spotting me lol. DB rows: 20kg - 16,14,14,12 (need some more weight!) MP: 30kg or 35kg: 8,8,7 (my mate said he put it to 35kg but when i looked at the bar later it was 30kg so im not sure if they changed it or what) Laterals: 12.5kg - 14,12 Rear raises: 12.5kg 12,12 BB curls: 30kg - 6,5,3 DB curls: 12.5kg - 12,8,8

Sunday 28 Oct - (home) Tried to add some power work into my routine today. Well cleans.. Not sure what day i should do these on though? Power clean: 35kg - 10 Clean & Press: 35kg - 8,10,7 DB Press: 12.5kg - 10,8 Laterals: 12.5kg - 12,12,12 DB Squats: (got two 10kg plates the other day so was able to up my DB's today) 21.5kg - 15 24kg - 15 26.5kg - 10,8 Calf raises: 26.5kg - 30,30,25 Abs I found that the cleans were more just using the momentom from my swinging hips to lift the bar, instead of the power feeling i was expecting. I want increased power for punches etc, so i will probs be looking into some more power lifts.

Monday 29 Oct - (home) Adding some DC extreme stretching into my routine. I read through his ideas etc and liked the static hold extreme strecthing and the ideas behind it. I would of taken on a DC routine but i dont really like the way he lays out his routines. Also the idea of one set per muscle, i dont like. Also i reached two goals today. Well i've probs been about 60kg for a while now but i confirmed it on a good scales today being about 61kg in the morning and the night. ALSO got a great bench PB even after doing 3 hard sets before hand. CHEST: Bench: 50kg - 10 (warm up) 55kg - 12 (next week making 55kg my warm up instead of 50kg) 57.5kg - 9,5 60kg - 5 (PB, not sure how i did this as i thought i went flat on the set before) 60kg - 3 Ince DB bench: 20kg - 8,6,5 into 25 second static extreme stretch. Ouch they hurt!) TRI's: CB: 19kg - 7 (didnt like these today so went onto tri dips) Tri dips: BW + 19kg - 8,8,8 into 20 seconds static extreme stretch (overhead). (LOL i had to sit and role backwards onto my sofa to drop the weight as i couldnt lift it back over my head) Next week guna try my warmup set with 55kg, 10 reps should be no where near failure now. Then go striaght into 60kg and try for a 5x5. Mabie to early for that but il give it a shot!!!

Tuesday 30th Oct - (home) Close grip pull ups: BW - 16, 11 Pull ups: 7,5,5 Deads: (I have still only been doing deads for a few weeks so still getting used to them, grip was letting me down big time today, so i tried something new. Got some toilet role, wrapped it round the bar and it helped amazingly well. Ment my grip didnt slip on the first rep. 70kg - 6 65kg - 7,8 75kg - 2 70kg - 4 DB rows: (loving these, best back exercise imo) Every set i changed my angle from parrallel with shoulder to parrallel with body and in between. 21.kg - 10,12,12,11 Hammer curls: 14kg - 10,6,6 Preachers: 11.5kg - 6,6

Wednesday 31 oct - (home) Had a really skinny mate round to do wieghts today. He only really wanted to do chest biceps and abs which is said was ok for today but he should other muscles to. He said na i just want bi's chest and abs. I was doing shoulders with the DB while he was benching 40kg. Shoulders/Abs DB shoulder press: 14kg - 12 (warm up) 16kg - 7,6,6,5 DB rows: 20kg - 12,12,8 Laterals: 12.5kg - 12,12

Yeah, pretty good. I let myself go a little over half term getting mashed most nights and so didnt do much working out. Back on track now. Came back stronger though after allthe alchohol abuse Guess the break did me some good. Im thinking of going on a gradual cut and seeing if, with my new diet i still manage to gain ok. If so i will keep this diet and carry on with lifting as normal. Tbh i cant see myself loosing any muscle if i keep lifting on my 3 day split. Atm i eat 6 solid food meals a day plus 2-3 whey shakes. I will try replacing a solid meal with whey. One of my chicken sandwhiches replaced with a chicken salad. Cut out some of the cheese i seem to crave (a girl i know said this is something pregnant women crave to ). Stop the lazy microwave curries. Get my bloody school cantine to stock some better chicken. They only have this really gooee chicken tika which is pretty fattening im sure. OK I've said it now. A month on a solid strict cut to see what happens! Got age on my side so i wont be loosing any muscle im 99% sure. Il take some pics soon to show the difference at the end of Nov.

dont cut get big, you not fat now are you, so just concentrate on clean cals and get big, then cut when you have a decent amount of quality muscle underneath it all
