PWO Carbs during CHO Cycling - 20 September 2007 21:32
I know you should always aim to train with weights on high or low carb days to allow for the intake of the Dextrose etc PWO. However what are the protocols for PWO when on a no carb day. As my no carb days are exactly that with the exception of tomatoes witht he evening meal giving me a carb intake of about 6 gms

Obviously, however with a family and a reasonably hectic job I struggle to adhere to the training regimen, the diet is a piece of piss its just tying the training into it. I still get the gym 3-4 x per week but just not on the days I had previously planned for, which co.cks things up a little. Whats my best option miss a days weights and do another cardio or just train with out the Carb PWO

If this is your scenario, would it not be simpler to maintain a simple cal def? Or can you not re-arrange the diet to suit your training times mate?

To be honest I do that on a Sunday night. Plan my diet for the next 7 days high ,low,no days and aim to fit training into the plan. But I train on my lunch and I can get called into meetings or have to attend briefings which overun or ignorant people arrange meetings
at 11.30am and stuff like that which just comprimises my training plan
