I suggest someone who knows Northampton!

What do you want to do..

1) Train... Better Bodies ?
2) Eat...Nandos or similar?
3)OPTIONAL drinks (I'm cutting down on drinking atm). There's one upper class bar that's quite nice, full of posh totty. Uncle something?

Sorry, is chicago's that bad, sorry, I've never been? I don't mind orgaising the gym aspect, if someone is prepared to take on overall responsibility, i'll help out as/where/when.

Well I won't do the training bit anyway.

If it's a free weekend for me then I'll come for food and drinks. There are plenty of bars so we can always arrnage to meet at one and move on. Most pubs are open until 3 anyway, so maybe no need for a club

If I'm coming I'll happily book the food, etc

Nice one James.

Anyone know much about the town's pubs/clubs? Good places to meet up for a couple of lemonade's? Any rcomendations? When I used to drink in the town centre it was shades, the Plough, Saddlers and the Cooper club. Obviously a very long time ago.

What's the bar called, Uncle???

It is fairly new and apparently good.

There's also that one street packed with bars.

PS, Can you tell the scary man with the pitbull outside LLoyds bar to go away?

never heard of 'uncle'

the one street packed with watering holes would be 'wellingborough road' aka 'welly road'

thing is i dont know northampton that well, i know wellingborough. but tbh i really wouldnt want to arrange a meet there. it could be done i suppose but northampton would be 100% better IMO.

what places do people want to drink in? im easy like sunday morning myself but are you after more 'grownuppy' or lava and ignite nightclub???

Gym - i have no idea where we could train as above im a wellingborough side of the fence

Food - 'Aroma' chinese all you can eat. pay for a seat and eat your heart out there is also free ice cream iirc. upstairs there is an indian buffet also. options there!

Food places i have mentiond are located at sol central which is town entre.

Drink - i have just remembered, they have opened 'the casino' in sol central where the food is.
they serve alcohol and have poker etc i am told

Sounds like a plan mate!

What about parking for Sol Central mate, is that ok?

So, if we were to opt for the above, I could arrange the workout for Better Bodies if everyone's ok with that?

We would then need to look at what time to initially meet up, time to train at the gym, showered, changed etc, then the opening times of restaurant, bar etc. I'll try and get some piccies of the gym at some time to whet everyone's apetite, unless anyone has a better suggestion for the gym?
