i didnt think i was doing enough on the arms... was going to add close grip bench but its got late and im shattered and hungry. and yes im doing a 5 day split... was doing 3 days before but i just couldnt get into the routine. going to try 30-60 mins a day each evening. the plan was monday arms and some cardio tuesday shoulders weds abs and more cardio thursday back friday legs and chest still looking into this though, i will adjust as and when as this might not be the perfect routine. Legs need tio be at the end of the week as otherwise i will suffer on site. same goes for back as i lift stuff all week.

Legs and back ideally would have there own day mate with a 5 day split (2 biggest muscle groups, more than twice the size of shoulders, chest.). you could do your abs with both legs and back though as this will be beneficial for core when teamed with DL and squats respectivly. just some advice from a friendly bison! you could split arms between shoulders and chest.

I think he means something like this - monday - Chest / Tri's , cardio tuesday - Shoulders / Bi's weds, more cardio thursday back, abs friday legs, abs Or monday - Chest, cardio tuesday shoulders weds - Arms, cardio thursday back, abs friday legs, abs Just my take on it, correct me if im wrong roots

part way through my session. its good having weights in my room :) my shoulders feel alive, im so glad ive given them their own day now!!!! weights are all up and my shoulders are burning, im loving this session today. whoop!

Very nice session mate, your shoulders must be fooked I know ive been really enjoying training shoulders on there own day and the pump after the session has been massive They really felt trained as opposed to when i was training them in with other body parts. Good going mate

sorry mate i'm not the most concise at times!! but yeh what paul said! i just thought you'd benefit from dedicating a whole session for both legs and back from experience of mine and others i have spoken to. quote:

dont always get the food in but its getting better. i eat better on workdays now. now ive sorted my routine and im into my training i will be putting more effort into my food. id say throughout the day im getting all my calories in as if i dont eat well during the day i eat more in the evening then another meal before i go to bed. with all the shakes im adding powdered oats for more carbs. my weight has only gone up from 66kg to 67kg which isnt a lot, but im stronger. ALL my lifts are improving and i seem to be bigger, even my gf says im bigger, yet by the scales i havent gained anything... so im ignoring the scales. lol riocat, its 2am i have work at 7am... why do i do this? oh yeah, i remember why now... nudge nudge wink wink. lol
