ive got my training routine pretty much sorted, its just eating so much i sometimes fall short on lol.

cheers fella. yeah its my daytime eating that sucks... more the morning, as lunchtime onwards i stuff my face... i eat a meal even as late as 1am. like today, had chicken with rice at 8pm, went out for the night, came in at 1am and just ate another plate of chicken and rice lol i have trouble getting up early on my days off though. and this week im on nights which is gonna scre me, so liquids will be a bonus :) i need to re-jig my triaing already though as i meant to be starting muay thai on wednesdays but the led work on mondays has been killing me... my muscles have been so sore by the time it gets to weds that my back, legs and arms are killing.

yesterday didnt do any training and today is pretty much the same. im absolutely shattered as ive just started doing nightwork... im making sure i eat though. been stuffing my face constantly... sainsburys have got loads of half price sales on. had loads of yoghurt today and im stffing smoked haddock tonight mmmmm mmmmm going to be taking some peanut butter sandwiches with me to work tonight and got 1.5ltr bottle of water to take as well as some bannanas. ill have some weetabix when i get in at 8am.

cheers fella. well as ive been on the night shift this week my training has been non existent. was the last night yesterday so im going to start eating today and try and get my body back to normal... i feel like a zombie but as today is my off day im going to do mondays and tuesdays weights instead.! legs, lowerback, delts, traps. should be good... and hurt :D whoop! my body isa mess though, had breakfast at 1pm and even then only had a bowl of cereal... im not hungry at all but ill force it down.

ok that went ****. Deadlifts 3/8 40kg, 70kg, 70kg, 70kg Calf raises 3/10 70kg, 70kg, 70kg feel like crap and no energy so im going to rest up tonight get back into the dayshift and carry on tomorrow

right, tonight i stuffed the kebab and other foods and im feeling like poo :( got a stinking cold which i think is due to me being run down from working nights. going to train my chest and shoulders etc today, not going to go stupid but just enough to get a sweat on. weighed myself earlier and im now 65.5kg and 10% bf according to the scales. im a couple of kilo's up from a few months ago and 2.2% bf more. works out about 1.5kg of fat and .5kg of muscle i guess... dunno. either way i know when i look in the mirror i feel a bit bigger as i cant see my ribs as badly as i could before and if im growing im bloody hapy, so time to lift more weights!! :D may seem like a miniscule amount for most people but as i was 8 1/2 stone just over a year ago im well chuffed to be 10st ish

Lateral Dumbell Raise 8 x 11kg 8 x 11kg 8 x 11kg (+1kg) Wide grip Benchpress 8 x 40kg 7 x 40kg 8 x 30kg Inline dumbell fly 8 x 15kg 8 x 15kg 6x 15kg seated ez extension 8 x 10kg 8 x 15kg 8 x 15kg (+7.5kg) pushups 1 x 15 1 x 15 1 x 15 my poor attempt at burning this cold out

getting to 8 was almost impossible... i was making a bit of noise at that point lol. my body is funny as i feel like i can lift a lot, but i cant push a lot. my weights only go up to 80kg which i know i could lift and shrug etc but its all the small weights, i need to get down the shop and buy some of the 20kg plates.

just an update, not trained this week as the plan is to start kickboxing tomorrow. ill then build a program to suit. kickboxing will be tues,weds, or thurs each week so i may have to move weights to friday, sat, sunday. or a 2 day split on friday, sunday.

Shrugs 8 x 70kg 8 x 77.5kg 8x77.5kg (+7.5kg) 12 x 79.5kg (moved to barbell which weights a lot more than the ez bar [possibly 5kg-7kg?]) 79.5kg is the most that will fit on my barbell... i need to invest in more 10kg and some 20kg plates. never htought id say that!!!!! Upright Row 8 x 20kg 8 x 20kg 8 x 20kg (-10kg but form is perfect now) Shoulder press 8 x 20kg 8 x 20kg 7 x 20kg (-5kg) Lateral Dumbell Raise 8 x 13kg 8 x 10kg 2 x 10kg (arms are dead!) splitting this one... going to do the rest tomorrow

have you tried supersetting lateral raises with the shoulder press? worth a go if you havent i reckon
