Planning to train three day split.. DAY1:Chest/tri DAY2:BACK/BIs DAY3:shoulders/legs. I will also include 30mins Cardio per session. Going plenty rest and plenty good clean food. Will start my sdrol/epi cycle tomorrow. Hope to post some progress pics on here for Motivation. Supplements: Cyclone 60g morning and post workout. Fish oils,milk thistle,Taurine(for back pumps if required) Multivits. 30mgs Sdrol ed weeks 1-3 30mgs epidrol ed weeks 4-8 Diet. I will try to nail ,my diet. this may prove tricky when at work(work overseas) Want to consume at least 300g of protine per day. |
