well Think its about time i started a journal.
I will keep it totaly honest and im open to critisism and advice. Here we go....

I started training around 4 years ago but i wont count the first year.
I started keeping a log in 2004 once i had learned a bit more about what i was doing.
Im 6ft 4" And my weight was 194lbs when i started. I was carrying a little bit of BF back then as well.

At this time im training three day split and trying to bulk. My weight is now 241lbs ...

Work out...

Day1 Chest Shoulder Tris
Day2 Rest
Day3 Back and Bis
Day4 Rest
Day5 Legs and abbs
Day 6 and 7 rest

I work in reps of 8-12 and do 3 or 4 sets with weights heavy enough but still alow me to keep good form.
I also change my routine alot for variation. I also do 15 to 20 mins cardio on the cross trainer or rowing machine 2 or 3 times a week.

My work outs varey as limited equiptment when im away at work.

Diet...

Im the first to admit my diet is not perfect. I work over seas and due to my job im limited to what foods are availible.
Here is an example of my diet. When away.

08:00 3 scoop whey protein shake with water (75g protein) and a low fat Yougart.
10:00 3 egg whites and a tuna sanwich on wholemeal bread 2 scoop whey protein shake with water
11:00 2 grilled chicken breasts or steak with veg and small portion of rice
13:00 Apple or small handfull of cashews
15:00 2 scoop whey protein shake
17:00 work out
18:00 Post workout shake 3 scoop proteine (75g protein)
18:30 Chicken, fish or beef dish with potatoes or rice and veg. Small Salad.

Not ideal so any sugestions welcome.

Supplements...

I use Whey protein as above. I take a multi vitamin.
Just now im running 30mgs SUPERDROL and useing Milkthistle as well.

My goal is to pack on some good muscle for next summer. I want to be cut and have good size and definition.
I would love to compete at a low level but thats a long long way away.

My vices are i do enjoy going for a drink. I work at sea and sometimes im in port. When at sea i dont drink. This could be up to two months at a time. Just now i have been keepng my drinking to once a week at the week end. I do have the odd fag when i get drunk

I will try to get some pics to show my progress so far. But im hopeing MT can help me reach my goal.
I was considering doing a few sessions with a fitness body building instructor when i get back. But im sure you lot can help.

Cheers
G

Greetings fellow Scot. Only advice is eat more food lol: you may be in danger of turning into a milkshake

Hows the SD going? Whilst on cycle you could ramp your carb intake WAY up without fat gain mate, you won't get optimum gains from it otherwise

Hi mate,
im up 5 lbs in just over a week. all going well.
But i know im bulking but my gut is getting to big for my likeing mate.
as for the drol ,well its going good. Into week 2 and starting to get muscle pumps. Havent had these pumps since my first cycle so 30 mgs seems to be doing the trick.

Yeh im considering uping the cardio and try to cut down on the shakes. Im getting fat. Im eating as above.
Think its down to to many shakes. Not good.

due home for christmas dont want my mrs thinking its santa at the door when i get home. Uping cardio tweak he diet.
any tips folks?

Well after a christmas of work and enjoying the festive grub and drink.
Im back at it. Still carrying that little bit of BF. Im starting my three week cycle of Sdrol then following up with some Prop.
This was planned some time ago but i delayed it.

My goal is to pack on as much muscle and keep my BF on the low. I am waare this is not easy but i just cant do the fat look.

My weight is the same as above. so will update this a bit more regular.
Aim is for the summer. i want mare muscle and less BF by then.

Any tips are welcome
