RE: skinny matty's bulking journal - 14 November 2007 11:51
Tuesday 13th November: Legs

Squats: had to stop after 2 sets as my hams started cramping up
55kg 10
70kg 8
70kg 7

Leg extension/Leg Press S/S
(machines at my gym are given in numbers rather than weight and there is no conversion aparentally to avoid competition)

10 - 12 reps
14 - 10 reps

10 - 12
14 - 8

10 - 10
14 - 8

Hamstring curls:

7-7 reps
7-7
7-7

Calf raises Dropsets

20kg - 20 reps
10kg - 20 reps
20kg - 20
10kg - 20
20kg - 20
10kg - 20

Ma legs took a roasting on this workout so i am happy, all of my other training days are all based around freeweights/bodyweight so i can put KG rather than a machine number so it will make sense to anyone reading this journal :)

meant to train chest/bi's today but iv still got some nasty doms in my lower back and traps from Fridays back workout so im going to train them tomorrow instead and have today as a day off. Diet went a bit to shambles yesterday as i had a pizza... but it was meatfeast so it aint that bad
been having stomach pains for the past 4 days but its nothing serios.. beginning to wonder if it is a lack of something in my diet, not sure.
