Looking really good for a years training mate, quads especially. Have you tried doing chins? They've done wonders for my back.

m8, vary your diet. your having tuna nearly every meal, its over kill your progress looks good, keep working hard and maintain good form.

Hi Matty IMO that's excellent progress. It's not just for the fact you've gained 3 stone and remained relatively lean, you've also done it naturally. Well done.

Well done. thankyou for the comment mate BUT i have something to tell you i did do a dbol+adrol course a few months into training, basically got some bad advice from guys up my gym and it went wrong from there :( however training naturally now and gaining well so its all good!

I'm not in a position to say whether it was good or bad advice mate, I don't know enough. I know generally speaking steroids are not recomended at your age as test levels will be at their highest natural levels anyway. I'm sure other members can advise you of the other negatives. What are your goals for the next year?

A Years time from now realistically, maybe one or two stone of lean mass (if thats possible im aware when you first start training you gain very fast and it evens out as time go's), i would love nothing more than to compete one day, but i am unsure if i have the genetic potential to do so. iv been trying to bulk for a year now, but i seem to just grow muscle and put on no fat, but personally i prefer the bulky look so would actualy like to loose my pack! and maybe cut around april i have enough mass to be worth cutting to! i am aware about the steroids at my age, which is why im not taking them anymore Matty

Chest/Bicep: Chest is always going up and down Incline Benchpress: set 2 and 3 had some assistance on last repetition. 60KG - 10 60KG - 7 60KG - 7 DB Press: had no spotter so coldnt push out those extra reps i had in me which would have been too dangerous on my own! 25KG - 10 25KG - 8 25KG - 6 Wide Dips: 10 8 6 Incline Screwcurl: new thing for my bi's where surprisingly hard! 12.5kg - 10 12.5kg - 6 15kg - 5 Cable crossover curl: enjoyed doin this infront of mirror Setting: 2.3 - 10 2.4 - 8 2.4 - 8 Not a bad workout, chest a bit dissapointing but bi's went well!!

cheers m8 aint all that great though i think!! Tuesday: Legs: nocked up the weights again on a couple exercises this week, good session! Squats:yay! new PB happy wid that! 20KG - 12 55KG - 10 80KG - 8 80KG - 7 Leg Extension gone up again i belive so im happy with this !! 11 - 12 12 - 10 12 - 10 Ham Curl: dropped the weight from last week and fucussed more on form felt better this way! 6 - 10 6 1/3 - 10 6 1/3 - 10 Calf Raise: 20kg - 20 10kg - 20 22.5kg - 20 20kg - 20

Delt/Tricep : not a bad workout didnt have my workout from the previos week so wasnt sure of how much weight to do etc as i couldnt remember what i did!! Dumbell Press yay new record :D:D ohhh happy dayssss 22.5kg - 8 20kg - 10 20kg - 9 DB Front Raise 10kg - 10 10kg - 10 DB Lateral Raise: decided to add these back in as i really feel the burn when doing them 5kg - 10 7.5kg - 10 Skull Crusher after a few weeks doing these decided they are not for me and dont work in my joint allignment so gona do tricep pushdown from nowon 23.5 KG - 8 20KG - 10 Tricep Pushdown Setting - 9 - 12 10 - 9 10 - 8 Dips: 10 8 8

Friday: Back: 2days workout went well, diet was scrappy this evening but weights went up so its all gd Chins: 2nd set was slightly assisted 10 10 6 Deadlift: Managed 2 get more reps than last week so happy with that 50kg - 12 80kg - 10 105kg - 8 105kg - 8 Bent over row: managed to get more reps than last week so happy here too! 50kg - 10 52.5kg - 10 52.5kg - 7 (had to stop early cause i farted and laughed lol) Shrugs: Knocked up the weight here, still felt fairly easy, will probably go up next week 52.5kg - 12 55kg - 12 55kg - 10

day off today gona lounge around and hope that i grow lol, poked my bicep and asked it to grow and it ignored me... bastard! lol gona try and keep diet strict today, my regular gym reopens tomorrow after refurbishment, i can smell some new PB's coming my way tomorrow!!!

You need a variety of good fats; oily fish, peanut butter, avacado, flaxseeds,olives, oilive oil, seeds, nuts, egg yolkes etc. No where near enough in that diet mate. You need a fat source at every meal ideally, they are the missing ingredient in your diet and could be limiting your gains. quote:
