okay matey im off to the gym now when i get back i will alter my diet and try to get some more in there mate what is it that would make missing *fats* decrease my gains ?? thanks buddy Matty

Right mate i will double the amount of lindseed i eat and chnge the weetabix in the evening to a peanut butter sandiwch, wouldthat be enough or still limiting potential gains

hey buddy cheers m8 alot more knowlegable guys on the board than me m8 (a hell of alot ) so post up some questions on the beginers forum and people will help you out. only advice i can give is dont lift anything u know ur body cant handle seen too many injuries this year on mycollege course eat right, train safely, rest,be patient and most importantally ENJOY YOURSELF !! anyways i have got Chest thismorning, have totrain at home so am limited no wide dips are evailable to me and cant do any incline, but can do flyes, bench and dp press!!

Monday: Chest/Biceps: had to train at home and the weights are a bit dodgy as some ofthe sand has come outof someof them and i dont know the weight of the BB ! Flat BP: 30KG - 12 67KG -7 67KG - 6 62KG - 10 62KG - 7 Flyes:: dont realy do flyes, form was strict and theyfelt quite good! 17KG -9 17KG -8 DB Press: 26KG - 10 26KG - 9 26KG - 9 Barbell Curls: against the wall incredible strict form i will be doin my biceps again in a couple of days at my normal gym as i didnt have the gear to do ma incline screwcurls 28kg - 10 28kg - 10 28kg - 10 28kg - 10 Updated biceps, retrained them Monday this week, Double seated bicep curl: 15KG - 10 15KG - 7 15KG - 6

Monday: Legs: had a cold today wasnt sure how weights were gona be but some went up so allll gooood! Squats:reps went uptoday wahey! 20KG - 12 55KG -10 80KG - 9 80KG - 8 Leg Extension: weight went up! happy days! 12 - 12 12 - 11 13 - 9 Ham Curl: 6, 1/3 - 10 6, 2/3 - 10 6, 3/3 - 9 Calf Raise dropset increasedweight happy days! 22.5kg - 20 12.5kg - 20 22.5kg - 20 12.5kg - 20

Wednesday: Delts & Triceps: good workout! most lifts went up so im happy as larry!!! Dumbell Overhead Press:first attempt on 2 sets of 22.5 and it felt good, the last set felt easyy next week its going to be 22.5 all the way babyy! 22.5KG - 9 22.5KG - 6 20KG - 12 Side Lateral Raises: strict slow form as always! 5KG - 12 7.5KG - 10 7.5KG - 10 Tricep Pushdown: really felt these today, glad i jacked in the skullcrushers as they sucked in comparison to this! 10 - 12 11 - 10 11 - 10 Dips: gone up again! will be needed a belt soon! think i will use a belt when im doing 3 sets of 12, maybe 3 of 10 il see next week 10 10 9

cheers buddy, got alot ...ALOT more size to gain in the future though hopefully! bring on 90kg! gogo! been bumming around 11stone5 for about a month now... wish id grow :( however weights are still goin up well!

Day off today diet was *ok* but i replaced a meal with a meatfeast pizza...wot u gonna do ey! had a few personal issues crop up today and i feel a bit down atm, hopefully i will be fresh and ready to do some damage tomorrow on my deadlifts!!

Friday: Back Nice workout today pretty happy with it! seems strength is increasing weekly!! hayy dais Chins: decided to change to 3x8 and i had enough steem 2 bang out 3 sets! score 8 8 8 Deadlift: went up again reps werent huge but nethertheless felt good, bit paranoid about technique though! felt i coulda done more but grip was failing 50kg - 10 80kg - 10 107.5 - 6 107.5 - 5 107.5 - 5 Bent Over Rows 52.5kg - 10 52.5kg - 10 52.5kg - 9 Shrugs: grip faliling a bit on these too! i think dead/bent over rows then these are really putin ma grip 2 the test need 2 get some straps methinks 60kg - 10 60kg - 10 60kg - 10

day of rest today! almost chucked up my flaxseed oil wen i necked it dis morn but kept it down! diet wasnt great :( but still got enough protein n carbs down so its all goodo!!

Sunday: ChestToday is normally chest and bi's but as my normal gym is closed for refurbishment i have to train at home and have no incline bench, so just trained chest and am gona do my bi's after my legs on Tuesday. Think the creatine is starting to kick in gettin some nice gains on lifts now Benchpress: tried a pyramid set this week got an awsome pump really enjoyed it will probs carry that **** on! 57kg - 10 61kg - 8 67kg - 4 77kg - 3 (step dad was spottin me for this one and i think maybe he helped me altough he denied it :P) 61kg - 7 57kg - 8 Flyes::as again dont particulary like these but will do em till gym reopens and carry on doin wide dips 17kg - 9 17kg- 8 17kg- 7 Dumbell Press other day at college managed to do 3 sets of 30kg with between 7-10 reps on each unforunatally i was fairly fresh then and had no chance of doin the same after this beasty chest workout session lol 26kg - 9 26kg - 8 26kg - 7 Seated dumbell Bicep Curl: 15 - 10 15 - 8 15 - 7

Tuesday: Delts/Triceps:normally train legs today but i hurt my ass and thought i would give legs a break i did some leg extension and ham curls but dropped the squats, i didnt write down the weights i did though. i will do another chest workout toomorrow instead or something! Overhead Dumbell Press:happy with this! really felt the burn! happy days! 22.5KG - 10 22.5KG - 10 22.5KG - 7 Side Lateral Raise:nice slow movement with good form as always! 7.5KG - 10 7.5KG - 10 7.5KG - 7 Tricep Pushdown:keepin form good no swinging focusin the movement purely on triceps 11 - 11 11 - 10 11 - 9 Dips need to add some assisted weight 2 these methinks! 10 10 10
