When you say minature for the brindle one, do you mean shes just small or that there is an actual minature breed of the dog?
Ive always liked these dogs even though everyone else says they are as ugly as sin. I think that makes them unique.
I was p1ssed off last week when i seen 2 different people in the same week both with bullys. Ive never seen one around here and then see 2 in a few days. I thought id be the only one who had one, if it ever happens.

pretraining yesterday got stressed-decided to train anyway cos i was a day over due already and regretted it-
i shoulda waited.
ended up running late, drinking my preworkout shake and training too soon after it.
realised straight away the stressful situation had left me extremely tired and weak-
this was apparent soon as i hit the weighted dips.
dips-8x8x6@25kg
chins5x5@25kg + pullddowns 10 reps@40kg
2x12 DB press
2x8 bi curls on the chest expanders.

totally crap workout done in half the time and consequently was left buzzing my tits off from the preworkout eca stack, but at the same time felt totally caned and nearly fell asleep on the floor.
gonna repeat the weight next time, but i think it`s finally time to drop back on chins.

168.5kg x 30 shin height dead lift singles
82.5kgx20 rest pause hipbelt squats
3x10 calf raises x62.5kg and a set of donkey calf raises to finish.
1x12x20kg plate shrugs.
found deads very easy and done them quicker than ever before which was nice.

Deadlifting 202KG for 20 reps is immense! What is your 1RM?

i honestly have no idea of my 1 rep max mate.
i gotta say tho that theyre mid shin height done rest pause style with a 1 min gap in between most reps due to needing and will be having soon a replacement disc op.
lol it was 203kg btw
i see the weight as a marker of progress and just a no. tbh

thanks bud

Sorry bud, slightly confused. So you are doing 20 sets of 1 rep @ 203KG, rack pull rather than deadlift? Impressive none the less!

lol no just the 2 hounds(biatch chewed up my 18 quid flip flops t`other day )

thats it bud-theres a vid link of me doing them somewhere in this journal.
i`m now doing them with my modified trap bar so i dont have to lift from blocks (and its holding up well!)
tbh if i say so meself altho i am pleased with the weight its the fact that ive found a way to work my legs whilst having disc probs that pleases me most.
my legs are looking ok but my trainings a bit too geared for strength and not size now(it worked well for a while, but size gains have slowed)-`im hoping the addition of the hip belt squats will kick start some size growth again.
really worried about how much size i`m gonna lose post op tho

dips went fine today-in fact they seemed abit easy considering i added 2kg upping the weight to 27kg 8x8x7.
then afterwards i realised that i`d only loaded 22kg on .
what a doink!
knowing that the weight shoulda felt much easier(which it didnt i realised afterwards lol)i cant train 2 days after doing deads.altho i do reckon i should be cool to do deads 2 days after an upper body workout(if that makes sense)
so rather than doing mon wed fri over 7 days it`ll be an extra days rest for me and training over an 8 day week.
ie legs monday - upper body thursday - then legs again saturday.(then 3 days off etc)
if that doesnt work i`ll go with a 9 day week training every third day.
which is still more frequent than my usual training every 4th day.
chins were at 20kg and still felt hard even tho i dropped 5kg.
finished off with thick handled DB press and bi curls with me srpings.
learnt something with that workout tho...
weighed myself today and have put on a couple of pounds which is a surprise given that my appetite is still down.
i`m possibly eating more carbs than i need to and am scimping on protein tho.
i need to man up on the tuna cos since ive been using powders ive gotten very lazy!

just realised i`m at the same weight as i was after my last dabble with dbol, but naturally this time and in far better shape.
givent hat i`m just starting another dead cycle things bode well for a record lean weight.
but then i`m gonna lose it all when i have the op :(

got an initial specialists appoint date thru today-
feb 22nd-but thats just for another chat...

Fukc that...
That sounds horendous although i bet in reality its pretty straight forward. It always amazes me how things are done now, through the gut????
Are you expecting a total recovery afterwards, ie be able to do full deads etc?

ive got to have my L4 L5 disc replaced and its a much bigger op than a fusion cos they have to move your organs out of the way-its a fairly new procedure what i gather.
as soon as i mentioned lifting weights the specialist started banging on about fusion instead which i`m not interested in.from what ive googled i should still be to lift and suppposedly get less pain.(thats from what other trainers who`ve had the op have said).
the main reason i`m having the op is cos at the mo i pretty much live my life round my back and thats mainly cos i`m not working-i guess i get viewed with a certain amount of suspicion as i can still lift, but i couldnt do both.
ive got my back into a state where its much stronger and more flexible (i stretch alot)and get less pain as a result of it,but i cant develop any stamina and it aches very quickly if i do repetative movements over a period of time.(i only have to hold my form for very short periods of time when training)(washing up hurts more lol)
anyhoo after the op even if my back is ok and stronger i wont be doing full ROM deads even if i could as i`m happy with how the partials seem to be working-specially now ive got my hipbelt and can do continous squats.
basically whatever the outcome of the op i`ll find a way to keep lifting productively...
i`m well chuffed doing a 203kg partial dead(well 20 of them)but i do see it just as a no. or a marker of progress meaning ive added weight(well cycled up)every time i train deads.every new training cycle i drop the weight back and work my way back up-2 steps forward one step back if you like.

fitness 111 hey dude-who`s you then?
