Lets see what i can do this time - 27 November 2007 00:39
jsut Turned 25 and im ready to Cut a crazy amount of fat off of my body, i figure im around 25%bf jsut weighed my self 298.3lbs 6'2 (75 lbs of Fat) would like to see low teens by summer.


Chest i dont know what it is but im a 52 jacket
Waist is a 36
arms are 20 in with pump .
Thats about all i know right know.

Lifts are getting stagnant as im cutting and im reaching the point where im not putting on any more mass and streengh is coming real slow if at all.
Chest is now a midn boggling 245 for 5
Squat solid 275 for 6 sitting at this weight as my form can get squarrly still and i dont want to blow a kidney.
dead is stagnant at 335 for 5 x 2 ran out of grip strenght so i use wraps when i remember.

Useing Mdrol 20Mg\D 6 weeks
Winztrol 300MG\D 4 weeks

Cutting, Everything hopefully.

Did Chest and Bi's Yesterday, was the same as usual disappointing chest watching my max drop ever so steadily but not to worry itll go back up.
Bi's workout was great moved up 5 lbs on my last set of straight bars curls 125x4 Hammers up to 65 2x6
30 min of cardio which is hell but ill manage, today is the cardio day where i do cardio and abs hour cardio (Whoopie)

Its about the time i had a real good workout, Bi's are still pumped and feel great and my chest is decent which is a change.

YAYYYYY Did Back and Tri's last night, Deads are up 20 lbs being on for three days. That is truly nuts i have been stuck at 335 for like 3 months now and after 3 days of Mdrol im up 20lbs for 4 reps so 355 total. The rest of back was godo too everything was up Pump for Bis was Fukin insane. Tris were up too. Heres a list of what i did yesterdya and my weights a nice brak down.
Deads 355x1x4 20 lbs increase
pull downs 225x2x6 more reps
bent over Rows 195x1x4 same
single arms rows 105x2x6 more reps
Tris
Close Grip 215x4 going to chest so this is down 10lbs
Skull Crushers 120x2x6 up
kick back 35x2x6 too light but werking my way up as my form gets better
Tri Cable pull downs (palm Up) 75x2x6 up
10 min Bike cool down.
appoaching my first wheigh in, i havent noticed any diff in physicque or tone, so well see if ive lost any weight will all the extra cadrio ive been doing

Im contimplating increasing the dosage on my stack from 20 mg\d to 30 but i think i should wait until the Winz is done in 2 more weeks, as im taking a lot of pills now and i havent gotten my liv52 and CoQ10.

Monday its Chest Day, went real well Suffering from Crappy spots didnt seem to hurt me any as i got 110's up for 6 on incline and flat which isnt my best weight shifted but is nice as i havent really lost an strenght from not going real heavy on chest for 3 weeks. Machine press downs were up shifted 6 plates and a 25, 295 lbs plus what ever the machine is.
Finsihed up with some flat barbell for 6x225 jsut to kill chest which is destryoed today.

Bis was good reps are strong as im getting ready to up all the weight i do, straight bar 125x1x4 which is just shy of my max for that exercise, stand DB 50x1x6 hamemrs 65x2x6 and cable curls 100x1x5

15 min of cardio to finish off the day, legs legs are still aching from legs on fri so i couldnt go to much need to save for Cardio tuesday. Shooting for 1000 cal cardio days or an hour, which ever comes first.

After much thought i think ill keep the dose the same for now, and i will drop the lenght to 4 weeks.
Cardio yesteday getting raelly hard to do had to keep stopping as i was going out of breath and couldnt maintain what the levels i was last week, im guessing this is due to the drol.
did about a 1000Cals yesterday on an hour which is pretty good i want to drop as much weight as possible while on so i dont sacrific much muscle, thinking about my next cycle which may or may not be injectible. Was thinking this

1-12 sust 250
1-4 Epi
4-12 Cytomel
12-15 Drol

What u guys think.

Did Back yesterday, Sets were great reps were up and strenght seems to be increasing daily, so far im very happy with my Cycle, Im notincing now that my cloths are fitting better, i can wear them around my waist and my legs arent squeezed in. going to jump on the scale and see what if anything i have for weight lose, i feel pumped all over adn deff feel like ive increased muslce mass a biot as my arms are now solid and huge with pump. Tris YEsterday was huge for me everything was up and i felt like a monster doing them totally making ppl aware that i am possibly the strongest person there.

Took the weekend off, totally needed another rest day. feel good i had a cheat day and watch football on sunday, best thing ever ready to get back into it today, still waiting on my liver protection ran out ordered more, and its back ordered, so hoppefully i get it today, been getting random pains inmy side which isnt a good sign at all, urinating after wake up is darker then normal not a good sign either, half way through my 4 weeker i feel fine and my water intake is up another gallon if i figured it out correctly im between 4-5 gallons depending on the day. Weioght seems to be coming off Waist of the pants are getting easier to zip (nice) legs arent getting any smaller, which isnt nice :(.

Chest today will post up again with my routine results.

I upped my dose to 30mg\d of SD as i got my liver support in the mail, so i uppped the dosage and i could feel it, the sides were a bit much for cardiop so i think im gonna pulse the lifting days and normal cardiop days jsut do 20 going to run this till week 4 adn see if i can keep on, thats if i can bare the sides.
Chest was good, missed the spotter for incline dumbell but managed to get up 105s with out help which i havent done in a long time, pumped them for 6 twice so happy there, spot come in for flat dumbell hit 110x5 really happy with that, press downs were up too 7 45's for 5. Did Flies for the fist time in a while, 115x5 was easy i was maxed at that for the longest, what strenght gains

Bis same as chest weight adn reps were up, didnt get the crazy pump i was used too, but i was excited, curls 125x5 hammers hit 70x5 and laternating curls 45x5 easy curls maxed out the cable machine 190x4 really happy with that day.

Im totally seeing why ppl dont want to come off the strenght gains im making are really insane and i dont want it to stop.

Cardio sucked back pumps were the worst ever i could only do like 9 min before i had to give up and go to a diff machine. Starting week 3, of 4 or 6

Three weeks on not even and my deads have gone up 60 LBS, thats pretty crazy, so happy right now. The only down fall is i may get kicked out of the gym for making so much dam noise but thats about it. Back was good strengh is still going up and reps too, feel like a monster, im starting to have trouble fitting into my pants as my lesa re getting so dam big, i hiope my cut starts to show up soon in my legs as my stomach is getting smaller.

Deads 335x1x6 355x1x6 375x1x3
Narrow grip 6 reps both sets need to up the weight 240x1x6 last set
bent over rows 195x1x6 reps are up on this
Wide Grip 225x1x6 to finish off back.

Tris were good as well
Narrow grip bench 225x1x5
skulls 125x1x5
reverse grip cable 75x1x6
ext 35x1

Non cardio as my legs are killing me they need some time off

entering my last week of my cycle strenght has been good pumps have been good im starting to really curb the diet so my pumps are not as big and my pantsa re getting loser, im eating Salad now which isnt too bad

Chest on monday very good got up to 120's incline DB for 4 very good and strong set. but sacrificed a good hevy set for flat as i was shot only was able to lift 105 for flat, a totally worth while sacrific. Push downs are up terriblly heavy sets and my chest was hurting because of it. Adding flies back into my routine as i missed them so they are back in at 115 lbs cable flies bent over.

CArdio is starting to pay off, things are fitting better and im happy, its the holidays always struggle to not eat my dam favorite things, but i give in once and a while ti ll be easier after the new year and when i can start running, as back pumps are god dam insane right now

Saffaboy Sorry i stopped it, they blocked the site from work and when i get home i cant really be bothered to turn on PC to do my write ups, im so nackered that i sit down and only get up to eat and to go bed.

Finished my Sdrol week before Christmas, i was using 40mg jsut to finish the bottle and it was tough strenght was huge kept feeling like i was superman. sides were Terrible GF was getting scared of me as i would scream for almost nothing. PCT was good normal enough sex drive dropped for about a week then came back nicely. Have done a Epui cycle since then and was great deff looking to do one more but the GF is still weary and i might have to lay off for the rest of teh summer.

Are they your 1rep max lifts in your signature?

Your bench is very good compared to your DL, my DL is 170 kg too but my bench is only 102.5Kg
