cutting during PCT will make the gains made on the previous cycle dissapear even more though mate, shouldnt you take 3-4 weeks of keeping the gains as much as possible while your natty test comes up a bit?

This is what I thought too. The weight I've lost since coming off is pure water, plus the cissus drol seems to have got PCT going even more. I usually have a big strength crash after cycle, but it doesn't seem to have happened this time

Heyup Mick, It's going ok now dropped the clomid dose to 50mg. Anything above that makes me stupid. After next cycle I'm going to have a break and am thinking of running a long PCT prob around 5 weeks but long low dosage and then see how it goes.
It's been far too long since having a good time off, as I just got carried away and silly. Time to grow up a bit now, I should know enough about AAS to realise it's time to give them a rest and I have to after the hol.

About 12lb's. Although I know the first 8-10 was pure water from the cyp

As for the loose skin I'm hoping it goes. It's shrinking a little but just want it gone

Why are thr pictures so small? Good solid progress though son

Do you use pharma or UG? Iranians seem the wise choice for Test E but Wildcat is cheaper. My primary reason for Pharma is hygeine, not wanting to get an abcess, but then the worry of injecting glass from the amp. Bit of a toss up between both. Your thoughts and experience would be appreciated.

@Samcim, I'm 14st 12lb today mate. Think if I get down to around 14st I should look pretty decent. Might be lower but will see. I'm aiming for good conditioning in 14weeks time for my hol.

@CJW, Thanks pal. Not sure about pics, I take them with my phone so that could be a reason and I host them on picoodle.
I mainly use UG stuff but have had pharma when it's there. From what I hear Wildcat is really good stuff and I've got some of their prop coming for my next cycle, although at 200mg/ml it's gonna be sore!! If you go for a ug lab with a good rep you should be fine mate.

@JEDI, I stole the mirror from a fun house LOL!!

Knee was so bad today managed about 3 squats with 60kg and put it back on the rack.

So did;
Leg ext peg2x40 X4
Leg curl Peg2 x 35 X4

Legs feel suprisingly good

Props for getting it done even when hurting pal. May too many people cut those workouts short, when they could still easily push through and not hurt themselves

Thanks Keenan, no point not doing anything plus got a good pump from them. Just gutted can't do any more. Even training calves hurts my knee

Well p1ssed off this afternoon. Been looking at progress pics again and am so gutted at what is looking back at me. I've been training my ass for for 18months and still not a hint of abs! Ok there's been some ups and downs but how long is it going to take???
Cardio every morning, diet by james and training til I'm ill day in and day out. It's really starting to take it's toll now and the frustration is creeping back Been thinking this afternoon about adding double cardio in and clen, even DNP popped in my head but that will mean messing with carbs and diet and I'm not wanting the sides in this weather!!!

I didn't want to put another rant/moan/b1tch in here but just could help it.
